Psalm 1 highlights the distinction between the blessed and the wicked. As part of God's family, we are called to seek God's wisdom and follow His counsel. It is essential to be mindful of the advice we receive and the sources of that advice. Godly advice is rooted in Scripture and aligns with the will of God. The counsel of the world may not always lead us down the right path. So, let us choose to seek wisdom from the Lord and surround ourselves with His counsel. As we walk through life, may we be counted among the blessed, firmly rooted in God's Word and bearing fruit that glorifies Him.

There are alot of teachings out there in the end times, but not many of them bring any hope Based on Mark 13:24-37, Pastor Boyd talks about the role of hope in the midst of adversity and calamity.

In Ezekiel 34 God addresses the shepherds of Israel who have not been caring for their flock but only looking after themselves. How does this message apply to us today?
Jesus was a selfless and compassionate spiritual leader who set the ultimate example of love and kindness. He dedicated His life to pursuing those who were lost, spiritually disillusioned, sick, and injured. Jesus' teachings and actions inspire us to follow His example of serving others with humility and grace. Let us remember His message of love and forgiveness as we strive to emulate His selfless ways in our own lives.

When pondering on Luke 9:57-62 and reflecting on what it truly means to follow Jesus, it is essential to understand God's call in our lives. We are called to surrender all that may be holding us back from fully committing to His path. Let go of distractions and desires of this world, and trust that if God is leading us, He will provide everything we need. Embrace His calling with faith and courage, knowing that He will guide our steps and equip us for the journey ahead.

How many of us struggle with guilt? Why, and what can we do about it? This is a short talk that explores the aspect of trust and surrender in the context of guilt and the believer.
Many of us struggle with guilt in our lives. Guilt can weigh heavy on our hearts, affecting our mindset and well-being. Understanding the aspects of trust and surrender can be key in overcoming guilt as believers. Jesus, in his sacrifice, defeated the power of guilt, offering us a path to redemption and renewal. When we look at Revelation chapters 20-21, we find hope in the promise of heaven where there will be no more pain, guilt, or tears. Embracing this hope can help us navigate through our struggles with guilt and find peace in the promise of a brighter future.
