WHAT IF ?
The "What if" question is powerful in personal development because it opens doors to possibilities beyond our usual thinking. By asking, "What if I could achieve this?" or "What if I approached this differently?" we challenge limiting beliefs and invite new perspectives. It shifts our mindset from seeing obstacles to exploring opportunities, sparking motivation and creativity that can fuel real growth.

In June 2024 I took on the Montane Spine race, a 268 mile race along the Pennine way, This was my first attempt at the race which truly earns it's tagline of "Britain's Most Brutal"
Unfortunately my attempt ended after Injury at 98.5 miles.
In this podcast I give you an insight of what it's like to be inside the Spine race and the lessons learned from a DNF for next time.

A few weeks ago as an experiment I started a new Podcast, The Diary of a middle aged man. I have been mulling over in my mind whether or not I need 2 podcast or whether it should just be an all in one offering.
The Allycast is a great love of mine, I love your messages, I love how my guests have inspired you and I feel that as it is my true love I should focus on just this area. So I am going to amalgamate the 2 podcasts and will put regular Diary episodes on the The Allycast. I will upload the previously recorded episodes today to the Allycast and all future episodes will be uploaded to make the Allycast bigger and better

Back in 2019 on my very first episode, I spoke to Karl Rushen. Karl created THE BLACKSHEEP as a legacy to the 100 peaks challenge, a challenge that was a journey of self-discovery following the tragic death of his brother Lloydy in Afghanistan whilst serving with UK Special Forces.
In this brand new episode, we talk about bouncing back after 2 years of uncertainty over covid. Plus the much-awaited return of the Blacksheep Marathons
