It's the beginning of December, 2024, and if you set yearly goals, that means you're either wrapping up those goals, or maybe you're realizing that some of them are not going to be achieved by the end of the year.
Not achieving our goals, especially the ones that are really important to us, can inadvertantly trigger overthinking and beating ourselves up. Which can really put a damper on your energy, blocking creativity, inspiration, and your potential for the following year.
