In this episode I dive into understanding where your love blueprint comes from (childhood) and why you attract emotionally unavailable men / unhealthy love + how to notice the "red flags" quicker when someone isn't aligned with you. There is nothing wrong with you. It's not that you aren't enough. It's not that there are no "good men out there". It's that you have unhealed emotional trauma and wounding from your upbringing that is playing out now in your adult relationships. When you start to unpack that you can begin to understand your own triggers/patterns, heal your inner child, give yourself the love, affection, + validation you lacked growing up, and open yourself up to attract partners who are safe, available, and open to love. Relationships are mirrors, and until you heal your initial love blue print you will continue to attract partners and relationships that mirror your childhood wounding in some way, shape, or form.

In this episode I dive in deep on unpacking, processing, and healing your core wounds of unworthiness. Our wounds of unworthiness can show up in many ways in our adult life. They can keep us replaying the same sucky situations, have us staying small, people pleasing, shutting down, settling, over working, and actually block your manifestations. I truly believe we came into this world with a strong sense of self, with all the love, worth, and power we already need within us. However through our upbringing, trauma, pain, and loss we have experienced and the fear based programming and conditioning placed upon us, we have become disconnected from our true self. This work of healing your wounds of unworthiness is about becoming radically honest with yourself, unpacking your limiting beliefs, getting to know your inner child, releasing the emotional blocks stored within your body, creating empowering beliefs you can energetically get behind, and ultimately creating safety within so you can feel, remember, and come home to the truth that you are and always have been worthy.

In this episode I talk about the importance of anchoring in our higher self with our human self. It's too easy on a spiritual journey to think that you have to be in alignment 24/7, never miss meditations, stay to your routines, and keep yourself on your spiritual wagon every day. However we are human, we will have off days, we will miss meditation, fall into our egos, make mistakes, take a break from the work, feel lazy, stay out late with friends, binge watch netflix, eat comfort food, and many other things. This is OK. You get to be imperfect. You get live your life. You get to be human, too. Anchoring in your highest self isn't about obtaining some perfect spiritual version of you.. Take her off a pedistool and meet her within you. Anchoring in your higher self is more about accepting all versions of who you are - even those you feel aren't healed, spiritual, or aligned. The mere fact of you accepting your humanness is spiritual. You get to have off days, make mistakes, and experience your humanness in all her ways. And it's from there your higher self can help lead you back to your center, your truth, and your love when you feel you have fallen off your spiritual wagon. This is how we learn, grow, evolve, and heal. This journey isn't about perfectionism, its about integrating your human self with your higher self and allowing space for both to co-exists.

In this episode I dive into the messy, uncomfortable, and often times not talked about parts of healing deep and spiritually growing. This path isn’t rainbows and unicorns 24/7. Like everything in life, there’s an ebb and flow. There’s ups and there’s downs. You aren’t here to master not ever having fear, sadness, pain, and or grief. You are here to master how you respond + show up in those moments. Healing can be messy sometimes, growth can be uncomfortable, and being spiritual means acknowledging the shadows. I’m here to shine more light on normalizing this, and allowing the mess to be a part of your healing process.

In this episode I have my my Spiritual biz coach, Amanda Marit, on and we are talking about all things love and partnership for the divine feminine. Amanda shares with us her view on divine love, what it means to be in your divine feminine to align with your divine masculine, and her advice for women who are calling in their counterpart. Together we share our beliefs around the misconceptions about "twin flames" and how to not to get stuck in an unhealthy relationship. Love isn't painful. Love isn't something you have to force out of another. Love isn't hot and cold. We dive into soulmates and how many of them come here to help us heal and become ready for "the one". If you are needing some inspiration in your love life then you don't want to miss this.
Amanda is an Earth Angel, Intuitive Guide, and Master Spiritual Coach leading a movement of Illuminated feminine leaders. She can be found on instagram @theamandamarit and on her podcast "The Illuminated Woman".

Do you struggle with letting go of control? In this episode I talk about the fears that drive the ego’s behavior of needing control. We dive into how healing your inner child and allowing your divine feminine to come through allows yourself energy to become magnetic so you can draw to you your desires and also allow for inspired action, insights, and guidance to come you. This is the path of least resistance.

Your inner critic is not your truth. Those mean voices in your head are not true either. You are worthy, divine, and loving. You do have what it takes. You are capable. You are supported. You are enough. In this episode I share why it’s important detach from your inner critic + a powerful way to shift your energy by becoming unavailable for the mean voices in your head. By claiming that you are unavailable for that energy, you open yourself to become available for what you do want to think, feel, and experience.

In this episode I share my own personal story to talk about the importance of honoring yourself by taking a break in order to rest, recalibrate, and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. Sometimes the person you need to be showing up for the most, is you. On this path of spiritual healing and awakening there will be many times when you feel called to take a break on other things in your life to tend to you. One of the most loving things you can do for yourself is honor what you’re feeling and giving yourself permission to do what is right for you. Without shame. Without guilt.

Sometimes the only way to overcome fear is by doing it afraid. We can’t wait until we are “ready” and there is no fear before we take action, change course, or start something new. This an ego trap. Many times, fear is going to be present. The purpose isn’t to try to get rid of the fear before moving forward, but rather notice the fear and allow yourself to move forward despite it. This is what I like to call “doing it afraid.” Most everything bold I have done in my life and my career, I started afraid at first. If I had waited until I was “ready” I may have never got moving. You can be both courageous and have fear. My hope is that this episode inspires you to do it afraid if that’s what it takes to get you moving. And to understand that fear is a natural part of growth, and often times tags along with any profound change, direction, or journey. Sometimes the only way to overcome the fear, is to simply do it afraid first.

In this episode I talk about the power of being in the discomfort of your emotions. No one wants to feel angry, resentful, scared, sad, or jealous. But at times, we will. It’s important that we learn how to sit with those emotions and offer ourselves grace and compassion. In order to heal, you must feel. Everything uncomfortable we feel is offering us a lesson about ourselves. A chance to heal what we might not have realized we’re still holding onto. It’s giving us a chance to release old stories, situations, or limiting beliefs. Avoiding our uncomfortable emotions doesn’t get rid of them. It suppresses them, which leads to more inner and outer conflict. We stay trapped repeating the same cycles and experiencing the same painful situations. You are still worthy no matter what you’re feeling, and by giving yourself the space and love to be in the discomfort, the emotions lose their power over you. This is how you let go, and move on.

In this episode I talk about what it means and what it feels like to give yourself permission to be who you are authentically and unapologetically. Owning the wide spectrum of all your emotions, your feelings, your heart, your too muchness, your quietness, your power, your weaknesses, your uniqueness, and every aspect that makes up who you are. No more hiding, diminishing, or denying yourself of what makes you, you!
