Well, think again, strength can become your greatest weakness if you don’t know how to get yourself to leave a depressive state to liberate yourself from lethargy and fatigue, due to being scared of the scale and so much more you don’t want to work through until you have no choice. Most people never learn the balance at all, but live a life online that shows their good times and then leave all areas to be seen by others when you want to revert back to be weak like the people you shame for being regular normal people, just like you and just like me.

Reflecting on fitness life, the fears of believing in yourself, the limiting way to hold on to what you’ve been told or raised to believe to save yourself from feeling scared, stress eating and feeling into every moment just to forget how you feel when you are not honest with the way you act when you don’t want to be strong, how I lead two different training routines via my Uscreen workouts and fd8 book challenge, finally the moment in my life to for the first time be ALLOWED to promote my workout videos because this is the way I love to live and train and couldn’t be more happy to have zero interest in living according to a book I wrote, because my life seizing every new day with my new training way is more “living the moment” than planning what likely won’t be for me anyway! With me you get a bit scared since I don’t follow the herd and I only listen to my heart, imagine if you found this self trust in yourself too!

Friday deep reflecting on my fitness life and hosting my FD8 challenge, the challenges with you and how short term motivation beats you from committing, the boring fitness life , the lack of self awareness and lack of desires for “making it”, but you often lose the reasons for why what I teach truly is to due for. There’s more to true love than being untruthful! You don’t even know why you are the way you are, hence why you’re with me!

Hunger and appetite, cravings and cheat days, junk life and prison life, paradise & nirvana, the problem with hunger and power on will, lack of awareness of nutrition and satiety, not knowing the way you’ll ALWAYS end unless if you decipher what love is and what is a conditioned patterns in eating, why you must want to be excited about food and know you gotta play the meal plans like love interests, there are some more fantastic, others more comfortable, and the whole point is to know your taste personality and play one love story after another out in eating to get lean and build your body healthy and strong. Just want to keep your happiness too, not want to be a saint.

Today I started my extra content production and live segments in my VIP mini group for my clients who are also enrolled in my main community for my challenges the FD8 Fighterdiet challenge system. Not all clients I coach need this since it’s higher ambitions and for physique builders not “weight watchers on ozempic who never end up happy anyway due to forgetting FOOD is your LOVE just like ME, but I know how to change the theme of my love so it does not leave my life. You’re in my little group to have the friends in fitness you don’t have or need and we don’t grow on trees! ❤️🦅🦆
