One in four families experience infant loss and in this episode I share part of my experience.
*Trigger warning: Today I'm talking about infant loss, and want to give this warning for anyone who has experienced miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss.
In this episode I share my approach to having honest conversations with my children about a sister they never met or knew. I discuss the level of emotional growth that you give your living kids when you honor and respect them enough to tell them the truth about the loss that your family experienced is huge. I encourage you to give your kids the gift of exploring what it feels like to normalize feelings of confusion and grief and loss.
If you have experienced loss and need someone to sit with, that is what my complimentary connection calls are for.
