Matt Moore started Green Grass Farms to feed his family. His son's seizures were unmanageable using conventional medications and methods so he and his wife turned to food.
Using food a his medicine they were able to help their son have a higher quality of life and at the same time put high quality food on their table.
Now they run Green Grass Farms that supplies grass fed beef, pastured pork and chicken to the greater Kansas City area.
