Dr. Fergus Connolly is heading into his 2nd season as the Director of Performance for Michigan Football. Prior to joining the University of Michigan, Connolly spent two seasons as the Director of Elite Performance for the San Franciso 49ers of the NFL. Coach Jim Harbaugh was so impressed with Connolly that he brought him with him to Ann Arbor. Connolly is the only person to ever work at the highest levels of American Football (NFL, NCAA), Football (EPL), Australian Rules Football (AFL), and Professional Rugby (Welsh Rugby Union). He has a Ph.D. in computer integration-based optimization.

Episode #99 - Anson Dorrance  

Anson Dorrance is the winningest coach in NCAA soccer history. Heading into his 39th year at the helm of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Anson looks to build on his legacy of 22 National Championships. Anson was the Head Coach for the US Women's National Team that won the 1991 World Cup. Since 1981, Anson has produced 33 players that have played in the Olympic Games and 6 of the 23 players on the 2015 US Women's World Cup winning team came from the University of North Carolina.

Clint Peay is the Head Coach of the U.S. U14 Boy’s National Team and Technical Advisor for U.S. Soccer covering the Atlantic region. Clint previously served as the Head Coach of the University of Richmond men’s soccer team before the program was cut in 2012 and as an Assistant Coach for the U.S. U17 Men’s National Team. Clint won 4 National Championships at the University of Virginia under Bruce Arena and 3 MLS Cups with DC United.

Adin Osmanbasic is the Head Coach of the U14 Boy's team at United Futbol Academy in Atlanta, Georgia. Prior to that role, Adin worked as a Performance Analyst for Columbus Crew SC in Major League Soccer (MLS). He is also a regular contributor to the famous German Tactics Blog Spielverlagerung where he covers training methodology, match analysis, and football theory of some of the best teams and coaches around the world.

Episode #96 - Tab Ramos  

Tab Ramos is the Head Coach of the U-20 USMNT and the Youth Technical Director for US Soccer. Tab made over 80 appearances as a player on the US Senior National that included starring roles in the 1990 and 1994 World Cup's. Tab was also the assistant coach for the USMNT that qualified for the Round of 16 in the 2014 World Cup.

John Kessel is the Director of Sport Development for USA Volleyball and World ParaVolley. John has been coaching since 1971 at the collegiate and professional level. He is an Internationall Acclaimed lecturer that has presented in all 50 states and over 50 countries. Episode #93 - Todd Beane  

Todd Beane is the founder of the TOVO Soccer Academy in Barcelona. Todd moved to Barcelona in 2002 to begin working with Johan Cruyff to launch and build the Cruyff Institute and eventually Cruyff Football. Todd married Chantal Cruyff, Johan’s daughter, and worked with his father-in-law for nearly 15 years before Johan’s untimely death in 2016. The TOVO Academy is Todd’s continuation of the legacy he set out to establish with his late-father-in-law. Over the past two decades, Todd has learned from practitioners at La Masia, Barcelona’s infamous youth academy, and his father-in-law, Johan Cruyff, to develop clear ideas about youth development, positional play, rondos, and all aspects related to the success of Spanish and Catalan Football.

Albert Rude is the First Team Assistant Coach at CF Pachuca in Liga MX. In Albert's first year, CF Pachuca finished in 2nd in La Clausura 2016 after finishing in 7th in 2015 without Albert. Ryan Cotter is a Strength and Conditioning coach with the New York Red Bulls working with both the First Team and Red Bulls 2 of the USL. Scott Donnelly is a Technical Advisor for US Soccer charged with identifying and developing talent in the NorthEast region. Scott is also an assistant coach for the U18 Men's National Team under Omid Namazi, a former guest of the show. Scott was the Head Coach of Southern-Illinois at Edwardsville (SIUE), a NCAA Division 1 Program prior to leaving that role for his current role with US Soccer.

Junior Gonzalez is the new Head Coach of Rio Grande Valley FC of the USL, Houston Dynamo’s 2nd team. Junior was previously an assistant coach for the Seattle Sounders FC S2 team, assistant coach and director of scouting at Chivas USA, assistant coach for the U.S. U-15 Boys National Team, as well as the head scout for the U.S. U-17 Men’s National Team for the 2015 FIFA U-17 World Cup in Chile. Prior to that, he was the Head Coach at UC Irvine for 11 years. Junior also played at UCLA for Sigi Schmidt where he won a NCAA Championship.
