Episode 27 - Rick Garay  

Jose Ricardo Garay, who went by Rick, was last seen on or around July 30th, 2009. Rick’s case is complicated and controversial because he went missing while attempting to enter the country illegally through the Sonoran Desert in Arizona. In this episode, we talk with Anne, Rick’s fiancee, and Chelsea Halstead from The Colibri Center for Human Rights, one of the few resources that family members of undocumented migrants have when looking for their missing loved one.

Episode 26 - Unique Harris  

In the early morning hours of October 10th, 2010, Unique Harris went missing from her Washington D.C. apartment while her two sons and great niece slept in the next room. She has never been seen or heard from again. In this episode we speak to Unique's mom, Valencia Harris, and Cpt. Michelle Caron from the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Police Department about the details of Unique's case. We also speak to Natalie Wilson, co-founder of the Black and Missing Foundation, about the social and systemic issues that are brought to light when a person of color goes missing.

Episode 25 - David Blockett  

David Ezell Blockett went missing on December 11th, 1980 in Newport News, Virginia. He was only 15 days old. Today's episode examines David's case with his brother, Frederick, and reporter Jessica Larche. We also discuss the issue of infant abductions as a whole: the type of perpetrator likely to commit this crime, locations these abductions take place, and specific cases that have led to shocking discoveries. David Ezell Blockett remains missing.

Episode 24 - James Rowe  

James Rowe went missing from the small community of Crestone, Colorado on July 30th, 2004. On that day, James drove his Jeep 17-miles outside of the city limits, parked his car along the side of the road, walked back to town, had a short conversation with a close friend, and was never seen or heard from again. In this episode, we speak to James’ sister, Laura, and his best friend from Crestone, Jeremiah, as they share with us details about the case and theories about what might have happened to James Rowe.

Episode 23 - David Sneddon (Part 2)  

In Part 2 of our coverage of David Sneddon, a 24 year old American student who went missing in Yunnan Province, China in 2004, we discuss the evidence that David Sneddon was abducted by North Korea. We return to our conversations with David’s brother, James, and David’s former roommate in China, George Bailey. We also speak to Greg Scarlatoiu, the Executive Director of The Committee for Human Rights in North Korea, Robert Boynton, author of The Invitation Only Zone: North Korea’s Abduction Project, and Congressman Chris Stewart from Utah.

Episode 22 - David Sneddon (Part 1)  

24-year-old David Sneddon went missing in August, 2004 from Yunnan Province, China, near an area called the Tiger Leaping Gorge. David had been studying in Beijing, and was traveling around Southern China before returning home. In this episode, part one of a two-part series, we speak with both George Bailey, the last person who knew him to see him before he disappeared, and his brother, James, who travelled to China to hike the trail in search of his lost brother.

Episode 21 - Cameron Remmer (Part 2)  

Cameron Remmer disappeared from San Francisco in October, 2011. Since his disappearance many questions have remained about the time he spent in San Francisco. On this episode, we speak to Adrienne, a woman he had met on his stay in San Francisco, and Zach, his business partner back in San Diego--someone who was depending greatly on Cameron to return with the product he had set out to get. What happened to Cameron Remmer still remains a mystery, but join us as we hope to get a little bit closer to the truth of what happened to him.

Episode 20 - Cameron Remmer (Part 1)  

In October of 2011, Cameron Remmer disappeared after traveling to San Francisco on a business trip. Did Cameron leave on his own volition or did something more sinister happen? In Part 1 of this two-part special, we examine Cameron's life before his disappearance and begin to piece together the events of October 6th, 2011--the day Cameron goes missing.

Episode 19 - Asha Kreimer (Part 2)  

In Part 2, our conclusion to the Asha Kremier story, Jordan speaks to Asha's then boyfriend, Jamai Gayle. Jamai tells his side of the story about the days leading up to Asha's disappearance and what life has been like without her. Episode 18 - Asha Kreimer (Part 1)  

26 year old Asha Kreimer disappeared in the midst of a mental health crisis from Point Arena, California, where she walked out of the Rollerville Cafe and hasn't been seen since. Her mother Jeannie talks to us about her daughter's disappearance, her continued international searches, and why there is so much confusion surrounding the details of Asha's story.

Episode 17 - Cloudia Leslie Wells  

This episode of Thin Air features two very similar stories of women, both mothers, whose mental illness and addiction led them to live a life on the streets. For the past two decades, Robin Burton has been searching for her mother, Cloudia Leslie Wells, who she believes to be homeless and living on the streets in California. Robin has dedicated her life to finding her mother and helping others in similar situations.

Episode 16 - Donald Taylor  

33 year old Donald Taylor went missing after a party in McKinney, Texas, on January 3rd 2016, leaving few clues behind. Did he walk away from his life, or is something more sinister involved?

Episode 15 - Macin Smith  

On September 1st, 2015, Macin Smith left his parents' home in St. George, Utah and was never seen again. Did Macin leave that morning to harm himself or did he want to start life over somewhere new?

Episode 14 - Ashley Freeman and Lauria Bible  

Ashley Freeman and Lauria Bible went missing on Dec. 30th, 1999 after Ashley's parents, Danny and Kathy, were found murdered in their home, a trailer which had been set on fire. In episode 14, we speak to Lorene Bible, Lauria's mother.

Episode 13 - Reny Jose  

On a spring break trip to Panama City in March 2014, Reny's friends report that he made comments about running off and hurting himself. After that, he was never heard from again. While many believe that Reny committed suicide, others believe that he may still be out there and that he may have even left on his own accord.

Episode 12 - Evelyn Hartley  

Fifteen year old Evelyn Harley went missing on October 24th, 1953 from La Crosse, Wisconsin while babysitting. Despite an extensive search, initial clues and early leads, Evelyn was never found and no one was ever charged in the case.

Episode 11 - Trudy Appleby  

On August 21st, 1996 Trudy Appleby vanished from her home in Moline, Illinois. In this episode, Daniel speaks to Amber, Trudy's best friend, and Kelly, Amber's mom, about their relationship with Trudy, the day of her disappearance, as well as a recent announcement from the Moline Police Department.

Episode 10 - Renee Lamanna  

Renee Martine Lamanna went missing on January 8th, 1994 from Ocean City, New Jersey after a mental health crisis. Jordan talks with Renee's sister, Margaret, about the circumstances in Renee's life that led to the disappearance, how families of the missing can advocate for themselves, and possible sightings of her missing sister in and around New York City. Episode 9 - Ayla Reynolds  

Ayla Reynolds disappeared from her crib on December 16th, 2011. Still missing after five years, her grandfather, Ronnie, believes Ayla didn't disappear from her crib and was, instead, met with foul play.

Episode 8 - Jeannette And Dannette Millbrooks  

Twin sisters Jeannette and Dannette Millbrooks went missing from Augusta, Georgia in 1990. However, due to a series of mishaps by local law enforcement, their case was never fully investigated. But now--more than two decades later--their sister, Shanta, is looking for her own answers.
