If you've ever felt like you could not bounce back from being burnt out, this episode is for you. In it, i'm talking all about how in only 4 days, I was able to turn my state of burnout completely around using everything that i've learned about processing my emotions and nurturing myself.
I really wanted to highlight the fact that we don't completely stop experiencing moments of burnout or feeling overwhelmed, or stressed, but we can learn how to recognize the signs of it coming on and have the tools to bounce back more quickly when we know how to process our emotions.
