It’s called the STOP method, and it stands for Stop, Take Care of Yourself, Observe, and Proceed.✨ STOP Method Breakdown:Stop: When you start feeling triggered, pause whatever you’re doing. This is your moment to hit the brakes and create a space between the trigger and your response.Take Care of Yourself: Use gentle somatic release techniques to help calm your nervous system and bring you back to the present moment.Observe: Take a step back and observe what’s happening both inside and around you. What happened just before you became triggered? Which of your needs isn't getting met? This awareness is key to understanding your reaction.Proceed: With a clearer mind, decide how you can best get your need met. Choose a response that aligns with your values and what makes the most sense for your circumstances. If you've ever felt like you could not bounce back from being burnt out, this episode is for you. In it, i'm talking all about how in only 4 days, I was able to turn my state of burnout completely around using everything that i've learned about processing my emotions and nurturing myself.
I really wanted to highlight the fact that we don't completely stop experiencing moments of burnout or feeling overwhelmed, or stressed, but we can learn how to recognize the signs of it coming on and have the tools to bounce back more quickly when we know how to process our emotions.

Maybe life has felt really draining lately and you have been wishing that someone would come along and take away all of your responsibilities so you could rest. On today's episode I talk about what I learned from finally slowing down, processing my sadness and honoring my procrastination instead of criticizing it.
