  • In this episode, I discuss two key tools to help you increase your impact and prioritize your time more effectively:

The Daily Impact Sheet - This is a 6-day schedule where I identify the top 5 most impactful tasks I can complete each day. I prioritize these tasks and schedule time to work on them, even before my other meetings and obligations. This ensures I'm focusing on the highest-leverage activities that drive results.

Time Auditing - I break down how I categorize my tasks into 4 quadrants based on whether I enjoy/am good at them. This helps me identify tasks I should delegate or eliminate, so I can focus my time on my strengths and highest-impact activities.

By using these tools, I'm able to maximize my productivity and contribution, both at work and in my personal life. I encourage you to try these methods to take control of your time and become an indispensable, high-impact team member.
