  • This is an episode that I never thought I’d be recording… You might already be aware that I’ve been struggling quite a bit this year, and I haven’t really shared specifics, but I’m sure you may have already come to some conclusions of your own.

    And honestly, I don’t really feel ready to talk about what I’ve been going through, but the reality is that I don’t feel that I’m ever going to be ready to. But, I always want to be vulnerable with you and tell you what’s going on in my life - because even though I no longer struggle with anxiety, I absolutely experience struggles.

After experiencing one panic attack, it quickly led to her restricting, limiting, and avoiding - especially driving.
