Episodes

  • In this episode of Soul-Led Creative Women, Iโ€™m joined by the inspiring Elizabeth Makepeace, a healer, alchemist, and creator of the Ascendance Code.

Elizabeth shares her profound spiritual journey and the powerful lessons learned through two major health challengesโ€”a 15 cm fibroid and a 4.5 cm brain tumour. She navigated these experiences with grace, turning them into catalysts for transformation and spiritual awakening.

Elizabeth discusses how we can honour our creative essence by tapping into our higher selves, embracing both the colourful and the challenging aspects of life. Her philosophy is rooted in the idea that our life's journey is like a paintingโ€”one we get to choose whether to experience in black and white or vibrant colour.

    What We Discuss:
๐Ÿ’— Alchemy of the Soul: How Elizabeth combines 25 years of healing experience with the secrets of alchemy to help others align energetically and connect with their higher self.

๐Ÿ’— Transforming Pain into Power: Discover how challenges like health crises can become opportunities for deep healing and spiritual growth.

๐Ÿ’— Living Your Brilliance: Insights into how creativity and spirituality intersect, empowering you to live your most authentic and expansive life.

๐Ÿ’— The Role of Relationships: Exploring how our interactions with others serve as mirrors, reflecting who we are and offering chances for self-discovery and personal evolution.

    Key Takeaways:
๐Ÿ’ซ Embrace the Rollercoaster of Life: Life's highs and lows are opportunities to experience our highest potential and expand beyond our limits.

๐Ÿ’ซ You Are the Artist of Your Life: Every choice you make is a brushstroke on the canvas of your existenceโ€”whether it's colourful or monochrome is up to you.

๐Ÿ’ซ Spiritual Awakening Through Challenge: The darkest moments can illuminate the brightest paths when we choose to see them as catalysts for transformation.

๐Ÿ’ซ Alchemy and Self-Mastery: Elizabeth explains how we can transform limiting beliefs and inherited patterns into gold by connecting with our higher selves.

    Guest Info:
If you're curious about energy/magic then you need to meet Elizabeth Elenor. Elizabeth has had 2 major life threatening health experiences. One a 15cm fibroid that she released by herself. The other a 4.5cm brain tumour that she had surgically removed and had many magical experiences through the process. Discovering the secrets of alchemy, she merged this knowledge with 25 years of being a healer to create The Ascendance Code and energetically align with her Higher Self Wisdom.

Mara is an intuitive and creative coach, healer, and psychic, who helps entrepreneurs and creative souls discover their inner power and self-worth.

    Key Highlights:

The Power of Intuition & Creativity: Mara emphasizes that everyone has the potential to tap into their intuition and creativity, even if they haven't yet discovered it. She shares how these two aspects go hand-in-hand and how, once unlocked, they can dramatically transform your life.

Mara's Personal Journey: Mara talks about how she discovered her strong intuition and the pivotal moment when a friend helped her realize that her intuition was more powerful than most. She explains how she embraced the title of โ€œThe Intuition Queenโ€ and what it means for her to guide others on their intuitive journeys.

The Importance of Trusting Yourself: Mara discusses how society conditions women, in particular, to distrust their inner voice and intuition. She encourages listeners to reclaim their power by learning to trust themselves and make decisions based on their own inner guidance, rather than seeking external validation.

The Courage to Be Yourself: A central theme in Maraโ€™s work is helping women find the courage to truly be themselves. She offers insights into the fear of judgment and loneliness that often comes when setting boundaries and following your own path, and how to overcome these barriers.

Creativity as a Healing Tool: Mara highlights how creativity, in any form, is essential for personal growth. Whether through art, music, or daily tasks like cooking, creativity can unlock joy and connection to your intuition. She also shares how color therapy and energy work play a role in her coaching practice.

Tapping Into Your Intuition: Sam and Mara discuss the importance of listening to your body and emotions, particularly fear and discomfort, as they can offer valuable insights into what needs healing and attention.

    Key Takeaways:
๐Ÿ’— Everyone is intuitive and creative; it's just a matter of tapping into these inner gifts.

๐Ÿ’—Learning to trust yourself can lead to living a more aligned, authentic life.

๐Ÿ’—Creativity is not just about making artโ€”itโ€™s a way of life that helps connect you to your soul.

๐Ÿ’—It takes courage to live authentically, but the rewards are profound, including greater personal freedom and abundance.

  • In this episode, we explore how endingsโ€”though painfulโ€”are crucial for personal growth and transformation.

Sam Horton, artist, creative mentor, and life coach, shares her personal journey of moving through burnout, divorce, and toxic situations to embrace a more empowered, authentic life.

She guides listeners through recognizing what no longer serves them, letting go, and creating space for new beginnings.

Through the practice of a Release Collage, Sam introduces a simple yet powerful creative exercise to help you release old patterns and invite in new, positive energy.

Learn how to transform your pain into a source of power, making room for growth, joy, and expansion.

    Key Takeaways:

๐Ÿ’— Embracing Endings: Endings are not failures; they create the necessary space for new opportunities.

๐Ÿ’— Release Collage Activity: A simple art exercise to help symbolically let go of what's holding you back.

๐Ÿ’—. New Beginnings: After releasing the old, you can invite renewal by filling your lifeโ€”and artworkโ€”with uplifting, expansive energy.

๐Ÿ’— Reflection: Transformation is a process. Take time to reflect on the shifts you're experiencing, and let your creative expression guide you toward your next chapter.

Sam's Personal Journey: Sam Horton shares her own experiences of navigating endings, from leaving her career as a CFO to overcoming divorce and personal burnout. Through these challenges, she discovered the power of spiritual and creative tools to help her reconnect with her authentic self and embrace new beginnings.

๐ŸŒŸ Creative Tool Highlight - Release Collage: Materials: Paper, paint, magazines, glue, markers, natural elements (like flowers or leaves).

    Steps:
Identify What to Let Go: Paint or draw symbols representing whatโ€™s weighing you down. Tear and Transform: Write down whatโ€™s holding you back on pieces of paper, then tear them up and arrange them on your page to symbolize release.

Renewal Energy: Add bright colors and symbols that represent hope, renewal, and the energy you want to bring into your life.

Reflection Questions: What do I need to let go of to move forward? What is holding me back? How can I invite new energy into my life after releasing the old?
