  • On November 22nd 1963 JFK was assassinated. Two days later the alleged assassin Lee Harvey Oswald was gunned down while in Police custody by Night club owner Jack Ruby. And for past 60 plus years - many have speculated the assassin did not work alone. There were congressional hearings, FBI and CIA investigations and all of that lead to documents that were sometimes released after being heavily redacted or never released at all. Information kept from the American People - These are the JFK Files.

In President Trumps first term he said he would release all of the files - but then he changed course claiming QUOTE the potential harm to U.S. national security, law enforcement or foreign affairs is of such gravity that it outweighs the public interest in immediate disclosure. Unquote

At the beginning of President Trumps second term he signed an executive order to release all of the JFK Files.

This podcast will go over what is in these soon to be released files. Will these files just confirm the original story - a lone gunmen - or will it completely change the way we look at some 3 letter agencies, a past President, the Mob, a Foreign Government or some combination there of.

How would releasing these files 5 years ago cause harm to US National security - but today it would not?

We will include your feedback and thoughts on what is found in these soon to be released files.

  • It’s May 2020, the year of COVID. SF Private Eye Chauncy is social distancing at home in SF when a long-term client zooms in with a tempting assignment.

The set-up: Playwright Allyce Singer is hosting an invitation-only theatre workshop for her new play-in-progress at Tabard Lake, a luxury property isolated deep in the high Sierras.

The catch: Each of the six guests is guilty of a long ago "sin" against Allyce. Now the playwright wants her revenge and she's written a script that points fingers at everyone.

The mission: Chauncy's supposed to quietly get the goods on everyone, so Allyce can settle the score. Sounds like easy money for a gumshoe, with a fancy all-expenses-paid vacay out of lockdown thrown in to boot.

But nothing goes according to plan. Once the company is completely cut off from civilization, all bets are off. Murder, mayhem.--and hilarity!-- ensue. Deep secrets from the past leak out to haunt the present. Everyone has a tall tale to tell, and no one can be trusted. Whodunnit?

  • Peaky Blinders Movie: The Shelby Family’s Epic Return and the Historical Threads That Bind the Saga The Shelby family is set to make a grand return in the highly anticipated Peaky Blinders film titled “The Immortal Man,” which will soon debut on Netflix. Building on the thrilling narrative of the original six-season TV series, the movie promises to delve deeper into the complex world of Birmingham’s most infamous gangsters. With Cillian Murphy reprising his role as the enigmatic Tommy Shelby, fans can expect the same gritty storytelling, intense drama, and compelling character arcs that made Peaky Blinders a global sensation. The film, currently in production, is set against the backdrop of World War II, a time when the world was engulfed in chaos and political intrigue. The setting presents new challenges and opportunities for the Shelby family as they navigate a dangerous and shifting landscape. This latest chapter in the Shelby saga is expected to explore Tommy’s evolution from a crime boss with grand political ambitions to a man wrestling with the weight of his past decisions and striving to secure his family’s legacy amidst global conflict. Cillian Murphy’s Involvement and the Evolution of Tommy Shelby Cillian Murphy has been the beating heart of Peaky Blinders since its inception in 2013. His portrayal of Tommy Shelby—ruthless, calculating, yet deeply human—has captivated audiences and critics alike. Over the series’ six seasons, Murphy has brought depth and nuance to the character, allowing viewers to see not only Tommy’s brutal side but also his vulnerabilities and struggles with mental health, trauma, and family loyalty. Murphy’s dedication to the role has not waned, and his involvement in The Immortal Man extends beyond acting. He has also taken on a producer role, working closely with series creator Steven Knight to ensure that the film maintains the authenticity and style that fans expect. Murphy’s on-screen charisma and off-screen commitment are instrumental in bringing Tommy Shelby’s journey to a satisfying conclusion. For Murphy, this role has been transformative, elevating him to a new level of stardom and earning him a loyal fan base that eagerly awaits his return in the film. Murphy’s character has undergone a profound evolution throughout the series. Tommy Shelby started as a shell-shocked war veteran seeking to expand his family’s small-time operation into a sprawling empire. Along the way, he became embroiled in politics, espionage, and international power plays. As the movie unfolds, Tommy will likely face his greatest test yet, as World War II offers a unique set of moral and strategic dilemmas for the Shelby family to navigate. Weaving History and Fiction: The Real and Imagined World of Peaky Blinders One of the most intriguing aspects of Peaky Blinders has been its ability to blend historical fact with compelling fiction. The show is based loosely on the real Peaky Blinders gang that roamed the streets of Birmingham from the 1890s to the early 20th century. The real gang was known for its street fights, petty crimes, and distinctive fashion—namely, their peaked caps and tailored suits. While the real Peaky Blinders were a far cry from the sophisticated crime family depicted in the series, the show’s reimagining of these historical elements creates a rich and immersive world that feels both authentic and mythic. The show has also woven real historical figures into its narrative. Winston Churchill, who appears in multiple seasons, is portrayed as a shrewd politician who views Tommy Shelby as both an ally and a potential threat. Churchill’s inclusion lends the show a sense of historical gravitas, and his interactions with Tommy highlight the broader political and social currents of early 20th-century Britain. In later seasons, the rise of fascism in Europe is represented through the character of Oswald Mosley, leader of the British Union of Fascists. Mosley’s portrayal as a charming yet dangerous antagonist reflects the real-life fear and allure of fascist ideologies during the interwar period. The inclusion of these figures and events elevates the show beyond a simple crime drama, offering commentary on the political and social upheavals that shaped the modern world. The upcoming film, The Immortal Man, is expected to continue this tradition, set against the chaotic backdrop of World War II. As the Shelby family becomes embroiled in the war effort, the film will likely explore themes of loyalty, betrayal, and survival in a world that is being reshaped by global conflict. Tommy’s dealings with political and military figures could draw on real wartime espionage and intrigue, adding another layer of complexity to the story. The Shelby Family’s Evolution and Legacy Throughout the series, the Shelby family has transformed from a scrappy gang of bookies and street thugs to a powerful organization with interests that span the globe. Each member of the family—Arthur, Polly, Ada, and Michael—has played a pivotal role in the family’s evolution. Polly Gray, the family matriarch, served as the moral compass and strategic mind behind Tommy’s operations, while Arthur’s struggle with violence and addiction added a raw, unpredictable energy to the group’s dynamics. In The Immortal Man, fans can expect to see these characters grapple with the consequences of their actions. The movie will likely explore the impact of the war on the family’s business and personal lives, as well as the toll that years of violence and betrayal have taken on their relationships. Tommy’s efforts to protect his family and secure their future will drive much of the plot, creating a narrative that is both deeply personal and epic in scope. Cillian Murphy and Steven Knight’s Vision for the Film Steven Knight, the creator of Peaky Blinders, has described the movie as a natural continuation of the series, allowing the story to reach its full potential. Knight has stated that the film will delve deeper into Tommy’s psyche, revealing new facets of his character as he faces challenges that threaten not only his life but the lives of everyone he holds dear. Working closely with Knight, Cillian Murphy has been instrumental in shaping the film’s direction and tone, ensuring that the movie honors the legacy of the show while taking it in bold new directions. Knight has also hinted that the film will provide closure to some of the lingering storylines left unresolved at the end of the series. At the same time, the movie will serve as a launching pad for potential spin-offs and expanded narratives within the Peaky Blinders universe. Fans can expect a movie that is both a fitting end to the Shelby saga and a bridge to new stories. A Glimpse of What’s to Come: New Characters and Old Faces The Immortal Man will introduce several new characters, played by notable actors such as Tim Roth, Rebecca Ferguson, and Barry Keoghan. These new additions to the cast are expected to bring fresh energy and complexity to the story. Their roles remain a closely guarded secret, but they are rumored to be both allies and adversaries to the Shelbys, adding new layers of intrigue and conflict. Old characters like Ada Shelby and Arthur Shelby are also set to return, with each facing their own personal and professional struggles. Arthur’s ongoing battle with his demons and Ada’s efforts to distance herself from the family’s criminal activities will provide compelling subplots that intersect with the main narrative. The Cultural Impact of Peaky Blinders Since its debut, Peaky Blinders has become more than just a TV show—it’s a cultural phenomenon. The show’s influence can be seen in everything from fashion trends to music playlists. The iconic Shelby look—three-piece suits, flat caps, and overcoats—has been embraced by fans around the world, while the show’s soundtrack, featuring artists like Nick Cave, Arctic Monkeys, and PJ Harvey, has introduced many viewers to new genres of music. With the upcoming film, the Peaky Blinders legacy is poised to grow even further. The movie will likely reignite interest in the show and its characters, and could inspire new generations to explore the history and mythology behind the Shelbys. What’s Next for the Peaky Blinders Universe? While The Immortal Man is expected to bring closure to Tommy Shelby’s story, it may not be the final chapter for the Peaky Blinders universe. Steven Knight has hinted at possible spin-offs and prequels that could explore other members of the Shelby family or delve into the origins of the Peaky Blinders gang. There’s even talk of a stage adaptation and international expansions, showing that the Shelby family’s influence is far from over. For now, fans can look forward to The Immortal Man, a film that promises to deliver all the action, drama, and emotional intensity that made Peaky Blinders a modern classic. Whether Tommy Shelby and his family will emerge victorious or meet their ultimate downfall remains to be seen, but one thing is certain: by order of the Peaky Blinders, this is a movie you won’t want to miss.
