In this episode, I experienced some video technical difficulties in the middle of the podcast which I didnât realize until after the recording. I would recommend listening to this episode rather than watching the full video due to the frame moving in and out of focus. Truthfully, I was going back and forth on whether to even publish this episode because of the poor video quality, but Glenn has such thoughtful insights, I definitely wanted to get this out there for people to learn from. Thanks for your patience and I will try to do better because this video and sound is not up to my quality bar, yet Glennâs advice is spectacular. I hope you enjoy this episode.
