In this episode, we are joined by Imme Ermgassen Co-Founder of Botivo, a big sipping botanical aperitivo which is taking the non-alcoholic industry by storm.
Its unique flavour which takes a year to craft along with its vibrant and engaging branding isn't a product centred around moderation but rather a drink for any occasion whether you want to pair it with tequila or a soda. Botivo is a vehicle for making memories and Imme shares her journey to co-founding the brand with co-founder Sam.
We highlight the importance of branding when it comes to food and drink as well as of course the taste of the product which is also delicious!
We also touch on Imme's morning routine (or maybe lack of in this case) and her obsession with eggs.

To recreate the breakfast you will need:
Ingredients (Serves 2):
1 Frozen Banana
1 Cup of Frozen Mixed Berries
1/2 Frozen Avocado
4 Tbsp Form Nutrition Vanilla Protein Powder
100ml Plant milk of choice (add more if needed but you want it to be thick)
Topping:
Spoon X Mani Life Granola
Chia Seeds
Cacao Nibs
Blueberries
Peanut Butter

The recipe for the Chia Pudding is:
Per person:
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
2 Tbsp Coconut Yoghurt
125ml Coconut milk
1 Tbsp Raspberry Jam
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
Layer it on top of each other and top it with granola and raspberries

On the menu today we have a delicious banana split topped with coconut yoghurt, cacao nibs and of course, spoon granola!
Recipe:
Ingredients (per person)
1 Banana
Tsp Coconut Oil
Cinnamon
Coconut Yoghurt
Granola
Cacao Nibs
Method:
Heat a tsp of coconut oil in a pan until hot Slice your banana down the middle and place it face down on the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes each sideDust with some cinnamon and add to your plateTop it with coconut yoghurt and Spoon granola and you have a delicious banana splitAs running continues to gain popularity and the London Marathon 2025 sees a record number of participants, we thought it would be insightful to speak with Charlie about her running journey, how she fuels her runs, and the running challenges she faces ahead.

Coinciding with the launch of the new Spoon X ManiLife Peanut Butter Granola we thought it would be great to chat with Stu about his mornings, where peanut butter and granola play a part in his life and how is mornings look now that he is the father to twin girls. Stu also shares a little behind the scenes of life at Mani Life and how much they have innovated since Stu stepping down as CEO and moving into more of the Founder, Innovator role. They have launched some amazing new products such as Salted Caramel Peanut Butter in collaboration with Joe and Sephs and also Almond Butter.
Other than creating the best peanut butter on the market Stu has also recently got into cycling and cooking and he shares his latest challenge which is cycling from London to Sydney over 25 legs through doing a leg a year!

2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
2 Tbsp Coconut Yoghurt
125ml Coconut Milk

Prepare the chia pudding the night before by mixing the chia seeds together with the yoghurt, milk, cinnamon, gingerChop one medjool date into small pieces and add into the chia pudding Pop it into the fridge overnight to setIn the morning stew the plums by chopping them into small pieces and cooking on a medium heat with a dash of cinnamon, agave and waterTop the chia pudding with the plums and a sprinkle of the granola EnjoyGeorgia and Miranda discuss Miranda's routine and the role that food plays in her life. Miranda shares her lack of routine and structure and how that enables her to be more creative! She also shares her love for both sweet and savoury breakfasts and also gives us an insight of what being a food writer entails
