The Difference She Makes is a new podcast by the Global Initiative for Justice, Truth, and Reconciliation (GIJTR) that explores the ways in which women are uniquely affected by injustice and conflict through the lens of women activists themselves. Over the course of six episodes, we bring together over a dozen women, from as many countries, to gain perspective into the economic and emotional toll women face as a consequence of violence, war, and systemic injustice.
To help us understand the countless ways women are affected, Guests come from a range of backgrounds. They include former combatants, prisoners, U. N. representatives, local leaders, mothers, teachers, survivors, and others. But they all share a commitment to using their experiences and expertise to advocate for women today. -
Welcome to "Into the Kn/own/" – the podcast that will challenge the way you think about knowledge and its ownership. Host Emily Tsui takes her listeners on a journey behind the scenes of the volume "Ownership of Knowledge." In each bite-sized episode, she introduces one chapter from the book and delves into the captivating stories and real-life cases that fueled the research behind it.

Bud's Corner was a Jazz radio show, running continuously Sunday evenings from 1983 to 1993 on Prairie Public Radio in Bismarck, ND. In each episode, Robert "Bud" Lundberg shares the life and music of a musician through his deep knowledge and personally curated music collection. Throughout his lifetime Bud meticulously brought to life the history of Jazz. He attended many now-famous jazz festivals, scoured record stores across America for obscure recordings, and developed a jazz appreciation society for the people of North Dakota.
Robert Lundberg made personal recordings of each radio show and these recordings are the only archive remaining of his decade-long passion for his music. They are presented in this podcast exactly as he recorded them almost 40 years ago. -
