'The Moments that Matter campaign' is one of the sexiest, yet most dangerously vague HR campaigns I've seen to date. Nobody other than your employees can tell you what it will take to drive engagement. The way we show up as a adults has a LOT to do with our childhood. Learning how to better understand why your executives react the way they do will level-up your career!
I highly recommend a book called, 'What happened to you?'
It changed the way I react to the chaos of an exec who loses their cool. This is a powerful way to show up as a leader yourself, and a great way to build trust and tap into your power of influence.
