  • Hey everyone! It can be SO easy to get swept up in excitement once you realize employee surveys are nothing to be feared. However, it's important to start slow. Just like an Olympic gymnast didn't do 1,000 crunches in a day and wake up with a six-pack landing a quadruple flip on national TV, you shouldn't try to send a bunch of surveys without a clear goal or a plan to do something with the data!

    This episode helps you get off on the right foot with surveys so you don't fatigue your survey muscle right out the gate. That only ends in your own impostor syndrome convincing you that you suck-- because you don't 😊

  • Hey, friends! Today, we’re diving into some of the things I'm seeing online giving me the ick. It's why you're confused, and why you don't know what to do to drive engagement.

    It's okay not to be okay; start with cleaning your desk. Clear your psyche.Today's HR content is vague and unhelpful. If you're on an HR webinar and you're being given high-level advice without storytelling or literary tactical tips to get started, GET OFF. 'The Moments that Matter campaign' is one of the sexiest, yet most dangerously vague HR campaigns I've seen to date. Nobody other than your employees can tell you what it will take to drive engagement. You must learn the art of thinking for yourself with survey data and prioritizing what you're working on against the employee hierarchy of needs.How to properly shop for tech for a smoother, company-wide rollout Send me your survey results anytime and I can pinpoint exactly what to work on for the greatest impact.

    It changed the way I react to the chaos of an exec who loses their cool. This is a powerful way to show up as a leader yourself, and a great way to build trust and tap into your power of influence.
