  • Bable was an idea born out of the overwhelm and confusion they both faced when it came to feeding their first babies. Determined to get it right from the beginning, they began their Bable journey.

Jules is a qualified Nutritionist and Health Coach, as well as an extremely passionate Foodie. With over 10 years experience across the corporate and not for profit sectors she has been able to witness, firsthand, the negative impacts of sedentary, high-stress and time poor environments and the challenges that this brings to leading a healthy balanced life.

Lauren spent a decade working in the fashion industry, specialising in graphic design, marketing and creative direction, and became a published author at 23 years old. Although her first love was design, she became passionate about nutrition after having her daughter and has since become a certified Nutrition Consultant, specialising in babies.

Together, they started creating nutritionally considered recipes for their own kids, understanding not just what to feed them, but strategies around the ‘how’ to ensure they are setting kids up to be adventurous, intuitive eaters.

On this episode you can expect to learn what it takes to self publish your own book, how to manage your relationships during the season of toddlers, the story behind building the Bable brand, and how you can manage nutrition for your family without it being perfect.
