At 13, I found myself battling an eating disorder, using food to numb the pain and anger I didn’t know how to process. This was also the year my mom attempted suicide—a moment that shifted my greatest fear from losing her to becoming her. In this raw and heartfelt episode, I’m opening up about one of the most challenging seasons of my life.
After 4 years of building an app that was my dream, I lost it all— the app, the time, energy, and resources I poured into it, and even the person who helped me create it. On top of that, I faced the heartbreak of not getting the book deal I had worked so hard for.
But through it all, I’ve learned that life is too short to wait for things to be perfect or polished. Sometimes, the most impactful moments come from starting before you’re ready and sharing your story as it unfolds.

Meal Timing Challenge: For three days, stick to regular meal times. Notice how this impacts your cravings and energy.
Stress-Busting Check-In: Try a non-food coping strategy when you’re stressed – take a walk, journal, or breathe deeply. See if it makes a difference.
