I have chosen to become a a strategic operations and customer experience expert globally, but I am always learning a new sector, whether its management consulting, tech with Apple, electric cars or FMCG. The investment I have to put in early-on in a role is to learn the sector, as well as the pain points of the customer. I will ask lots of questions, be humble and acknowledge that I don't know everything and lean on others' expertise; it's a steep learning curve!"

Today we are talking about creating balance in your relaxed state (Yin) and active state (Yang), with my guest Olivia Shurdova. Join us!
Today we are learning that whilst your Yin energies are cooling, passive, contemplative and dark, Yang is active and about light and warming the bodyWe see this balance in everything around us in natureYin and Yang can both deplete us AND fill us up!When depleting us, 'False' Yin would make you feel stuck, heavy, fearful and insecure whilst 'False' Yang can lead to aggressiveness or narcissism
