Can it be okay that you are THE ONLY ONE WHO CARES that you want to lose weight?
I spent way too much time thinking I shouldn't care that I wanted to lose weight.
It was only 12 pounds heavier than I wanted to be, so I should just enjoy my life, right?
No one else thought my body was a problem, so I should stop thinking about my weight....right?
There was something wrong with me that I kept flip flopping with wanting to lose weight, and wanting to just eat all the things....right?
I wanted to lose weight. Until about 4pm, when I changed my mind again.

I talk to a lot of women who not only want to lose weight, but they want the war in their head to stop.
The back and forth thoughts, the obsession, the "I shouldn't eat it, but I want it, life is short" craziness.
I get it, I wanted that too. And this is what I do, I help women feel more at peace with food, in their minds.
But, here is the rub, it never 100% goes away.
It will get better, easier, but the thoughts will always be there.
Don't wait for your brain to stop making excuses.
