    Lisa's Story: Lisa Tromba is the author of Mind Knots: Understanding the Cognitive and Emotional Biases That Prevent Rational Leadership. She is the Founder of Lisa Tromba Associates, an executive search and leadership solutions firm (formerly Luisi Tromba Advisors of which she was Co-Founder and Managing Partner). In addition, Lisa leads Leadership Intelligence Services, LLC, which she founded in 2010 to support her clients and business with executive assessment capabilities. Lisa publishes LeaderEdge, an email newsletter that explores timeless ideas and insights inspired by prominent thought leaders, as well as her work helping her leadership community to sharpen their leadership edge. She holds a master’s degree in communications from Fairfield University and she is credentialed in multiple leadership assessment tools and approaches.

She holds advisory roles at VentureESG, sustainability nonprofit BSR, Pictet Group, and Zai Lab and is a member of the World Economic Forum Global Future Council on Good Governance. She has expertise in strategy; sustainability; political and social risk; culture and behavior; human rights; ethics and compliance; stakeholder engagement; anti-corruption; and professional responsibility. Alison received her Bachelor of Arts in Modern History from Balliol College, Oxford University, her MA in International Relations from the University of Chicago, and an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. She grew up in London, but now divides her time between Manhattan and Woodstock, NY.

He has won 11 National Championships with the Penn State Women, MARFU Men, and Temple Women rugby teams. He joined Billhardt’s first start-up company, Enspire Learning, in 2002 and was the principal author of courses for organizations such as Harvard Business School and the World Bank. Nathan has facilitated leadership seminars at major global corporations and at executive education programs at IMD Business School, London Business School, and the MIT Sloan School of Management. Nathan holds a BA in Liberal Arts Honors and a BS in Mathematics from the University of Texas at Austin, and an MA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität in Munich. Born in Falls Church, VA, Nathan now lives in Karlsruhe, Germany, with his wife and two daughters.
