Mirjana Soldo - Mein Herz wird triumphieren
Die Hände gefaltet, ein Rosenkranz zwischen den Handflächen, blondes Haar, ein vor Staunen geöffneter Mund und stahlblaue grosse Augen, die hoffnungsvoll und demütig nach oben blicken. Dies ist der Anblick von Mirjana Soldo, wenn sie die Frau sieht, die aussergewöhnliche Schönheit und Anmut besitzt wie keine andere: die Jungfrau Maria. Wie muss es sein, seit 40 Jahren die Mutter von Jesus Christus, dem Retter aller Menschen, in Visionen zu sehen? Erst 16-Jährig war Mirjana, als sie und fünf andere Kinder eine mysteriöse Frau am Hang eines Hügels in der Nähe des Dorfes Medjugorje in Bosnien-Herzegowina stehen sahen.
Das Buch beschreibt die persönliche Geschichte einer demütigen, realistischen und von der Liebe Gottes ergriffenen Mirjana, die für ihren Glauben an Jesus und Maria viel Widerstand erfuhr. Sei es von den Lehrern, die Gott als «nichts anderes als ein blosses Märchen» beschrieben oder die Ärzte, die an ihrer psychischen Gesundheit und Normalität zweifelten oder auch die Polizisten, die sie mit hasserfüllten Worten beleidigten. Es waren aber ebenfalls Journalisten, die sie verspotteten und nicht zuletzt die Kommunisten, die ihr sogar mit dem Tod drohten. Trotz allem blieb Mirjana standhaft dank der Kraft, die ihr Gott durch das Gebet gab. Selbst vor dem Tod hatte sie keine Angst. Denn er bedeutet ewiges Zusammenleben mit der Gesegneten Mutter, nach der sich Mirjana nach jeder Erscheinung schmerzlich sehnt.
«Das überwältigende Gefühl der Liebe, das ich während der Erscheinungen fühlte, war nichts, was ich je zuvor auf Erden gespürt hatte.» An diesem seligen Gefühl lässt uns Mirjana teilhaben. Sie spricht von Wunder und Heilungen, die unserer heutigen Welt fremd sind, aber täglich durch unseren Herrn Jesus Christus zu erfahren wären.
«Pass gut auf Medjugorje auf, Mirjana. Medjugorje ist die Hoffnung der ganzen Welt.», sagte Papst Johannes Paul II. während jener Begegnung, die eine bleibende Wirkung in Mirjana hinterliess. Es ist demnach nur lohnenswert, sich mit dieser einzigartigen Geschichte zu befassen, die in erster Linie Trost spenden soll.
