I made a few posts on Twitter this week about women like Scarlett Johansson being mid, and wondering what the heck happened to former pro-wrestler and reality TV star, Nikki Bella. To be fair, Scarlett wasn't REALLY looking that bad, but Nikki definitely let herself go. In the comments women and beta males alike were making excuses saying things like, "but they had children!" You know who never made excuses for her body after having kids? Maria Kang, more widely remembered as "No Excuse Mom" who was shamed for actually CARING what her body looked like after having three children! We are putting an end to the insanity today! We are putting our feet down and we are telling everyone that THERE IS NO EXCUSE TO LET YOURSELF GO!

Last weekend I posted a rage bait picture on social media. Posting stuff like this is a fun little exercise that points out how emotionally reactive people are. The image featured a picture of Scarlett Johansson, arguably one of the most attractive women in Hollywood, in a bikini with some circles around a couple of her flaws. The reason this is so triggering is because women who aren't on Johansson's level of attractiveness feel attacked because if someone considers Johansson unattractive, what does that say about them? Men get triggered because we're hard wired to defend women. It's a feature, not a bug. Knowing these things makes for easy emotional engagement on social media, and the hateful response can is anticipated and hilarious!

It's been a while since I've seen someone do a stream about this, and there are always new guys coming into the space. I thought it would be a good time to bring things back to basics and go over these "9 Iron Rules of Tomassi" that Rollo came up with back in 2011 as basic guidelines for men to follow when navigating the sexual market place. A lot of these, when followed, will answer a lot of the relationship questions you have. Here's the list:
Iron Rule of Tomassi #1
Frame is everything. Always be aware of the subconscious balance of whose frame in which you are operating. Always control the Frame, but resist giving the impression that you are.
Iron Rule of Tomassi # 2
NEVER, under pain of death, honestly or dishonestly reveal the number of women you’ve slept with or explain any detail of your sexual experiences with them to a current lover.
Iron Rule of Tomassi #3
Any woman who makes you wait for sex, or by her actions implies she is making you wait for sex; the sex is NEVER worth the wait.
Iron Rule of Tomassi #4
NEVER under any circumstance live with a woman you aren’t married to or are not planning to marry in within 6 months.

NEVER allow a woman to be in control of the birth.

Women are utterly incapable of loving a man in the way that a man expects to be loved.

It is always time and effort better spent developing new, fresh, prospective women than it will ever be in attempting to reconstruct a failed relationship. Never root through the trash once the garbage has been dragged to the curb. You get messy, your neighbors see you do it, and what you thought was worth digging for is never as valuable as you thought it was.

Never Self-Deprecate under any circumstance. This is a Kiss of Death that you self-initiate and is the antithesis of the Prize Mentality. Once you’ve accepted yourself and presented yourself as a “complete douche” there’s no going back to confidence with a woman. Never appeal to a woman’s sympathies. Her sympathies are given by her own volition, never when they are begged for – women despise the obligation of sympathy. Nothing kills arousal like pity. I'm very close to finishing Praxeology: Volume 2 | Dread, by Rian Stone and I came across a fascinating chapter where he lays out a simple list men can follow when they find out their wife has been cheating to see if she's truly sorry about cheating, or just sorry she got caught. This exercise, the way Rian lays out, is truly eye opening. The problem is that men tend to see what they want to see when this thing happens. They don't want to believe their girl would truly want to hurt them, and they believe the sob story when she gets caught. Like anything else with women, we need to judge them by their actions, not their words. Let's talk about it today.

I'm slowly reading through Praxeology: Volume 2 | Dread, by Rian Stone right now and he has a whole section made up from a Rollo Tomassi quote about how negotiated desire only gets you obligated compliance, and he ties it in with an old post by Archwinger about how a woman who is obligated to be intimate with her husband basically feels like a gRape victim. It's kind of an eye opening concept when you think about it, so I thought it would make for a good discussion today.
