Alice has lived one of those lives that you would only think happen in movies. Born into a wealthy Chinese-Indonesian family, Alice struggled to connect with her parents and rebelled against their traditional expectations. She pursued a scholarship to Harvard, where she was diagnosed with bipolar disorder and developed an interest in Neo Shamanism and alternative healing.
In this episode, Alice shares how her involvement with the orgasmic meditation community allowed her to break free from conventional sexual beliefs and decondition herself at a deeper level. She also opens up about her experiences with sugaring which allowed her to challenge cultural norms and explore her own desires. Through her journey and recent experience with psychedelics, Alice has come to believe that mental health issues can be viewed as a superpower rather than a stigma.
This candid conversation offers a glimpse into Alice's wild journey of self-discovery and the unconventional path she has taken. Her story is one that will make us rethink a lot of stigma around sexuality, gender and mental illness.

Tom Slater is a truly unique individual whom you can’t put into the box with a wealth of wisdom to share. I had the privilege of participating in a life-changing retreat led by Tom, where I was shown the true potential of our being and the ways in which our identities hold us back from fully experiencing the vastness and beauty of life.
Tom shares his personal journey of overcoming addiction, physical abuse, and multiple identities, and how this has led to a deeper understanding and connection with himself, others, and the world around him. We discuss will vs nature, the shadow side of spiritual community, alchemizing pain, letting the universe work through us and gently leaning into our boundaries to access the intelligence within them.
This is not about mastering life, but about being mastered by it and allowing it to flow through us. This episode is an inspiration for all of us to explore the depths of ourselves and to fully taste all the beauty life has to offer.

There is so much more to food than just for gastronomic pleasure or physical sustenance. Evan Rilling, once a personal chef to Will Smith and a now master of healthy farm-to-table cousins, passionately shares the true potential of food in connecting us with our roots, community, and mother nature. Having cooked for multiple retreat centers and built a local food forest in Bali, Evan has witnessed how involving people in the process of growing food can not only be healing but can also be the key for people to truly care about the planet.
In this intimate episode, we dive into Evan’s personal journey of overcoming a personal crisis and how it led him to evolve his role beyond just a chef but the builder and healer of connections through food. We discuss how food can be the access point to one’s spiritual journey, the disconnection in the modern industrialized world, and remembering the part of us that used to live, hunt, and cook as a tribe.

If you are stuck in a fixed narrative of who you are and what you can't do, Asha, as his name suggests, will inspire you with the hope that any change is possible. Asha was a drug addict and dealer with ADHD for 10 years before he made an extreme remodeling of his identity in a week. He changed his environment, started working for charity, stayed in Osho Centre in India for 3 months and now established a new life purpose, dedicating his life to mindfulness and coaching people on self-love. In this episode, we discuss breaking old identity, recognition vs validation and how self-love is the bedrock to any self-development work we do. Dive into the inner experience of someone with ADHD and substance abuse disorder, and develop the compassion and wisdom for the suffering underneath the surface.
—
Asha is an intelligent businessman and adrenaline junkie who won a writing award at 18, started his own clothing brand, cycled 5,000 km across South America. His unfortunate journey to substance abuse led him to get kicked out of one of the best schools in Brussel and going into a dark path. After 10 years of abuse, as he likes to put it, he "flipped like a pancake". He left behind all that was possessing him, did self-hypnotherapy and healed his trauma. Today he is coaching people on mindfulness, self-love, and making big positive changes in life.

Sukhavati is a shamanic channeler, clairvoyant, tarot reader, and a supernaturally gifted human whose mission is to help you see your own beauty, your path, and your mission on Earth. Above it all, what really made me feature her as my first Podcast guest is her epic 5-year quest around the world in search of truth.
Her adventure was filled with nothing but wild plots you see in movies - leaving her matrix as an architect to find for her spiritual guru in India, living with a naked community in Mexico, falling in love with a Shaman in Peru, isolating herself in a cave and co-existing with anarchists. In the end, she shared a deeply human story of how challenging it was to reintegrate back to society, reconciling her new identity with her parents and finding her place on this planet.
Her journey was full of challenges, losing, finding, and reinventing herself multiple times in the process. Her unique story is definitely one that will leave you inspired with courage to venture into the unknown and to not settle for anything less that doesn’t make you feel alive.
