In this weeks episode I will be talking to Dianne Tower about childhood development. We will be going into how does negative outlook on food effect our child later on in life? Even bringing up baby led weaning and seeing if it is actually worth it. What is the biggest common mistakes you see parents made when it comes to gentle parenting? We are all just doing our best and sometimes we can only do with what we know at the time but always go into things curious and kind. She breaks everything down for you guys to understand how the mind and body works through science and etc. This conversation with Dianne was amazing, I am sure you will walk away learning something!

Since turning 25 I had realizations towards the way I set "boundaries" in my personal life as well as what actually drove my motivation/confidence. I think it is super important to not judge yourself for who you were but instead use that as a tool to how to grow from it.
