Roony - CEO of Risky Roadz Productions... this is the guy that put grime on the map and watched it go from the streets of East London to take over the world. Skepta, Dizzie, Wiley, Ghetts, he worked with them all from day one, filming their rise to the top. Risky Roadz DVDs dominated before Youtube, and he was the man holding the camera and giving fans an insight into London's Grime scene.
It feels crazy to think but this was a time before social media - if you wanted to put a face to a name, you had to go through Risky Roadz DVDs.
Recently, Roony has go on to direct music videos for Skepta's award winning, 'Konnichiwa' album, he has had his documentaries released through Vice & Amazon and he is the brain behind Channel 4's, 'Grime Gran.
Strap yourself in and grab a Guinness Punch, it's time for Risky Roadz.

Listen, we don’t hold grudges on this show and if any guest was going to cancel on us for THE BLOODY ONE SHOW, we would allow it to be Maisie Peters. But we’ve finally dragged her, not kick and screaming, but rather hesitantly, into our word of rubbish grub!
Hot off the back of dropping her new album we are privileged to have Maisie spinning our roulette wheel this week. However, and this is a word of warning - this episodes contains name dropping throughout and the sort of Ed Sheeran love even his own mother would consider awkward. She is his first label signing, so you could have probably predicted it.
Not only that we talk about fan-girling over Taylor Swift, meeting Sam Smith and what it takes to get, ‘Crazy Maisie’ to come out. Grab a vodka and lemonade, it’s Maisie Peters time,

There is only thing I am interested in, and that’s interviewing bent coppers! Welcome to the Dangerous Dinners Podcast Craig Parkinson. Craig is a legendary British actor known best for holding down the role of DCI Dot Cotton in Line of Duty. A stalwart of great drama in the UK having played both The Kray Twins in Whitechapel and an amazing role in Charlie Brooker’s, ‘Bandersnatch’.
It was an utter joy to sit down with Craig and over the next 60 minutes you expect the best food section we have ever had, the sort of light hearted chat which could soothe a crying baby and restaurant recommendations that will have you grabbing for the phone to book.
Please crack open a Manchester based IPA and welcome… Craig Parkinson!

It’s a boy band special, never before on this show have we been graced by a full band, but, today is that day! Today we are in the company of Reece, Blake and George of New Hope Club fame.
They have over 5 million followers online, have toured around the world and have fans everywhere. Not only that but they are a fan of a dirty takeaway. What is not to love. We have 60 minutes in the company of the boys and we really get to know the lads. We also really get to their in-depth knowledge of the Maccies menu. Je T'aime.
ALSO, for a chance to win a signed copy of their debut album, check out the Dangerous Dinners Podcast pages on socials. Anyway, let’s get them on - it is New Hope Club.

ALL THE GOOD THINGS HAVE COME AT ONCE... this week on the show not only are we joined by an actual olympian, but we are joined by an olympian who is a member of the British Empire. It’s the legend that is Chris Mears.
Chris has the life that you believe only happens in fiction - when training for a diving competition in Sydney his spleen ruptured causing him to almost die, he lost 2L of blood and had a 5% survival chance. He was told he would never dive again. 2 years later he won gold in Rio.
On top of all this he has recently left diving behind to become a DJ/Producer as part of the Bloodline duo, supporting Labrinth and Pendulum on stage and releasing music with The Vamps. This episode is an absolute rollercoaster. Strap yourself in… it’s Chris Mears.

Now, we’ve not had one like this before - on the podcast today we are joined by someone who I have looked up to my whole career! Let’s call him my radio father, a guiding light of great listening figures and dashing good looks! This week onThe Dangerous Dinners Podcast we are joined by Dave Berry. The man is a legend, he has held down more commercial radio breakfast shows in the UK than I have had hot dinners! BUT, not only that he has taken everyone of them to number one. That is no mean feat. Not only that he has a scarily good jawline and the type of knowledge of The Ivy menu that only comes after too many corporate lunches. Lock up your daughters, mums and grandma’s… it’s Dave Berry.

WARNING... THIS PODCAST IS LOOSE! I do not really know how to describe this episode of the pod other than it has no structure and at times feels like a fever dream. Welcome to episode 20, today we are joined by DJ/Producer legend 220 Kid. The man behind 'Don't Need Love' with Gracey. The man behind Wellerman. And the man behind derailing the Dangerous Dinners Podcast.

WE FINALLY GOT HIM... after a small, shall we say, admin error - we have finally got him on the podcast! The man that represented the UK at Eurovision this year, absolutely shelling his anthem Embers across Europe. The man who has written some of Calvin Harris, Louis Tomlinson, Rudimental and Zayn Maliks' biggest hits. The man who, self confessed, will eat any takeaway because no fast food is bad fast food.
It's James Newman
This is such a treat of an episode, we cover everything from breaking through into the UK writing scene to what on earth went on over in Europe on that fateful Saturday night a few weeks ago. James is such a laugh and this episode was powered on three bottles of white wine, so what is not to love. Grab yourself a pino grigio and settle down for a night in with Newman.

"Get yourself to that Soho House, and get on Raya”, I think that quote from Diana Vickers sums up this episode of the podcast quite nicely! This week are joined by the absolute legend that is Diana Vickers. You may now her from her legendary stint on X-Factor In 2008, her number 1 best selling album or her knee which looks like Boris Johnson!
Whatever it is - she is joining us this week to spin the roulette wheel and order a dodgy takeaway. We have been warned, Diana will speak her mind. So lock yourself in a get ready to go, tonight you’re dining with DV.

Yes… I am going to say it, this week’s episode is the funniest one we have ever had. Joining us at the takeaway table tonight is British comedian Dane Baptiste.
This guy has had us in stitches all week. Dane is a bit of a comedy legend, smashing it out the park in 2014 and winning Best Newcomer at the Edinburgh Comedy awards. He has gone on to write sitcoms for the BBC, work with Idris Elba and sell out comedy tours up and down the UK!
Prepare for ridiculous chat throughout and an in-depth knowledge of fast food no one man should have. It’s Bane Baptiste.

WHO’S THAT, WHAT’S THAT!!! It’s ya boy Niko B… this week we are joined on the podcast by the viral sensation himself Tom Austin AKA Niko ’Jerkin Hater’ B.
Arguably, and I would passionately argue it, Niko had the tune of the summer for 2020. He was on the only positive thing to come out the Covid pandemic. I mean, this guy blew up so hard the New York Times wrote about him and they put in him the same sentence as Billie Eilish and Rebecca Black - the honour is to large to image.
So, from working in Subway and making no sandwiches to being on stage with NSG. To getting announced a playing at Reading festival to buying his first Rolex, we get the insight into the man behind ‘Who’s That, What’s That’ and ‘Mary Berry’. Grab yourself a McDonalds McFlurry and settle down to learn about going viral in the 21st century. It’s Niko B.
