Cody talks about how to know if you’re asexual, the different identities under the asexual umbrella, and the difference between sexual attraction, romantic attraction, and lots of other kinds of attraction too. He and Hannah talk about Cody understanding he was asexual later in life at 42, how the language of asexuality helped him understand that he wasn’t broken, and how he felt like a bad gay person for not being connected to sex in the same way as other gay people around him when he was growing up. Charlie talks about growing up in Navajo Nation, exploring her queer and trans identity as an Indigenous person, and the misconceptions that Navajo Nation is very inclusive of queer and gender diverse people. They also talk about Two Spirit identity, an identity specific to Indigenous cultures in North America, and the impact settler colonialism has had on the acceptance of queer identities in the Navajo Nation. Charlie and Hannah talk about the accessibility of sexual health care for Indigenous people and people in Navajo Nation, and the impact that the overturning of Roe v. Wade has had on Indigenous peoples specifically. Louie talks about how constrictive it is that German only has one word for gender and sex, and how people are creating new gender neutral terms instead of using gendered nouns, and the current state of trans rights in Germany. They and Hannah discuss how to create gender diversity in art without falling into tropes or stereotypes around the appearance of non binary and trans people, and how Louie tackled this during working Sexy Scribbles with Hannah. Louie also talks about their own experience exploring their gender identity, the inspiration behind their book Rethinking Gender, and creating conversations about gender for people with little previous understanding or experience of gender diversity.     Named one of Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia 2018 and shortlisted as one of Women of the Future Asia 2019, Catherine has been working to raise awareness on feminism and empower women to further the feminist movement.

    When she’s not speaking in schools and making her vlogs, she’s an avid reader and a passionate writer who enjoys spinning tales in a way that’s never been told before. She’s also enthusiastic about environment causes and animal rights.

    As an intersectional feminist, Catherine recognizes the challenges that women from different backgrounds have to overcome. She realizes that the feminist movement can’t be advanced without allies and support from other people, especially other women. With this in mind, she always looks for ways to empower women and inspire them to shine in their communities so that they can pass on the inspiration to more women.

Jimanekia and Hannah talk about why Jimanekia calls herself the trauma queen, how her personal experience of trauma led to her working in mental health and sex ed. Jimanekia discusses why trauma consultants for screen are so important, her work in diversifying intimacy coordination, and training coordinators to work with themes of trauma and to spot potential traumatic experiences for actors on set. Finally, Jimanekia talks about healing and reconnecting with your body and sexuality after trauma, how we hold trauma in our body as well as our minds, and how confusing genital non concordance during traumatic experiences can be.

She's a professor of relational and sexual communication at California State University Fullerton (recieved her tenure at the age of 33), an award-winning researcher, a sex and relationship coach at luvbites.co, and the host of Luvbites by Dr. Tara podcast that focuses on sexual wellness and sexploration. Her work has been featured in Cosmopolitan, Women’s Health Magazine, Insider, and other media outlets. She gave a TEDx Talk titled Become Sexually Powerful that highlights her 5,000-participant study examining predictors of sexual satisfaction, and her journey from an anxious immigrant from Thailand to a confident Sexpert. Her goal is to normalize sex talks and help people live a more passionate life and feel more sexually fulfilled through confidence and communication coaching.

Nour and Hannah talk about the lack of sex education in Egypt as well as the harmful attitudes around virginity. Nour shares how experiencing a traumatic birth and postpartum depression led her into working as a doula, and how that led to her work creating for Egyptian and MENA women around sex education. Finally, Nour talks about her course, Bridal Bootcamp, how framing sex education around marriage can make it accessible to more women in the Middle East and North Africa, and gives some really helpful advice for other people in conservative countries wanting to work in disciplines around sex and the importance of going slowly and safely.
