Rob Decker is the CEO and founder of Rise as Lions, the owner of Kingdom F.I.T. (Faith in Training), and the president of Recovery Rebel Softball. He is also the author of "Gods Awning". Originally from Campbell, California, passion for helping others stems from his own lifelong journey of healing. He grew up experiencing childhood trauma and violence, which led to drug and alcohol abuse, legal troubles, and ultimately a failed suicide attempt that left him with a severed spine, requiring him to relearn how to walk. Rob is a personal fitness coach and a CCAR Peer Recovery Coach, recognized in Colorado with his COPA/CPFS certification. Through his experiences, education, and passion, he now dedicates his life to guiding others on their own healing journeys, reminding them that they are not alone.

Tracy Skaggs, MSW, LSW, is the Founder and Executive Director of Project Recovery Southern Indiana. A person in long-term recovery from opioid use disorder, Tracy was delivered from heroin on March 10, 2015, through her faith in Jesus Christ. This life transformation led her to pursue higher education, and after eight years of dedication, she graduated from Spalding University with a Master of Social Work in June 2024 and became a licensed social worker.
In honor of her late husband, Jeff Skaggs, who passed from a fentanyl overdose in 2021, Tracy founded Project Recovery Southern Indiana. This nonprofit is committed to serving those impacted by substance use disorders by offering harm reduction, peer support, education, and compassionate care. Though not explicitly faith-based, Project Recovery is Christ-led, reflecting His love and grace in every aspect of their work.
