In this episode, we're diving into season two of Jormungand. This season picks right up where the first left off, continuing the the journey of Jonah and the arms dealer, Koko. Season two delves deeper into Koko ambitious plan she calls "Jormungand" and how it is designed to reshape the global landscape in a maner of speaking and basically position her crew as the world's last soldiers in her mind. The show does maintains its globe-trotting adventure style, while also exploring deeper character development.Throughout this season though there were some significant shifts in character dynamics so to certain plot devices and Koko becomes more focused, driven by personnel loss, and Jonah faces conflict in his ideologies. The story moves from simply telling viewers about characters' pasts to showing their abilities. Season 2 does a great job balancing fast-paced action with character interactions, creating a solid conclusion to the series.

Although there were some brief moments that seemed slightly out of place, the series remains a strong recommendation for us if you're looking for an intense, action-packed show that has a decent enough story to go with it.

We had a blast this week diving into the comedic anime Let This Grieving Soul Retire! It was a wild and interesting adventure filled with humor and action. While we highlighted many of the anime's positive aspects, we couldn't ignore the areas that held it back just a bit. The storytelling and comedy were decent, but we felt the character development could've been stronger.
Still, itās absolutely worth at least one watchāif youāre in the mood for something lighthearted, youāll have a great time with it!

It was a Jack solo episode this week, and letās just sayā¦ it wasnāt his favorite. The pick was inspired by Aliceās Adventures in Wonderland, but it veered into parody territory, tweaking the original tale to fit the writerās vision. For Jack, though, it just didnāt hit the mark. The story felt blandālike it was thrown together without a strong, cohesive narrative. Definitely one he wouldnāt revisit.

In this episode, we dive into the anime Immoral Guildāan ecchi-heavy series that isnāt afraid to push boundaries. The show skates close to the line between fan service and something far more risquĆ©, with scenes that might feel more "adults-only" than usual. Yet, underneath all of that, itās a pretty straightforward story without much in the way of plot progression. For fans of mature anime, Immoral Guild might be entertaining, but itās definitely not for everyone.
One thing the show does get right is its clarity: it answers all the questions it raises, wrapping things up with a satisfying ending and mixing in humor that actually feels pretty natural. But, overall, this is one weād only recommend to viewers who know what theyāre getting into.
