Dr. Hooper received her B.A. degree at Cornell University and completed her medical school education at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Camden, New Jersey. She went on to complete a general surgery residency at Columbia University followed by a three-year fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and an additional year of hand surgery at the University of Michigan. She currently serves as Clinical Assistant Professor of Surgery in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Michigan School of Medicine.
