4:00 - He became discouraged with how many doctors the patients had seen and they weren’t better yet.

5:12 - So the patients came to their alternative clinic

6:15 - Reed started running labs

7:05 - Reed wanted to stop the cycle of trial and error and he started to make observations that are part of the methodology that they use at FDN

20:15 - Teaching around the world came 10 years later. Before that all he did was teach people face-to-face - he was the head educator for the clinic.

24:04 - There are FDNs in over 50 countries and they are not limited geographically, by pricing or by time.

26:62 - The metabolic wellness panel, oxidative stress, digestion, detoxification. The pattern emerged of hormone, immune, digestion, detoxification, energy production, and nervous system balance. HIDDEN.

52:32 - The FDN course takes about 10 months, it is self-paced so it can take longer or less depending on the person. No prerequisites needed.

58:23 - FDNs cannot diagnose or treat specific things but can look at the healing opportunities, and the person then self treats everything.

1:04:35 - Get up every day and be grateful, it’s a decision that you get to make - take control, no one else should have control.

  • Kyah Seary is the founder of the Healthy Bum Co.

2:15 - Kyah was about 13 years old when her bowel shut off.

3:30 - When she was 16 they told her that they would remove 90% of her bowel and she would have a colostomy bag.

5.49 - Kyah did water enemas

6:46 - Kyah had been told she probably couldn’t have kids because of her bowels and PCOS

7:35 - Ashley had been exposed to MTBE

9:54 - Mold and chemicals are not in the conventional setting. Ashley was told that if she did coffee enemas twice a day she would never be able to go on her own. Now she is able to

    11:08 - Stimulating the peristalsis

    12:24 - Bowel transit time

13:40 - Mental health benefits from coffee enemas

14:45 - Ashley started using coffee enemas to move the bile and for liver support. Then she learned that it was really good for the parasympathetic system and when she uses her Oura ring she sees it as a restorative time.

16:08 - Some people find that it helps with panic attacks

17:45 - Coffee enemas target your liver, relieving anger and frustration and you feel calm and peaceful afterwards

21:06 - 8,000 people have taken Ashley‘s course and they’ve never had a perforation, or infection. About 20,000 people have purchased Kyah’s kits and she never hears of any serious problems - sometimes it’ll disturb hemorrhoids

23:43 - The only issue that Ashley has seen is that someone stuck it in too far past the connector

27:30 - Make sure the coffee is the right temperature - body temperature and the flow is slow depending on how high the bag is hung.

31:17 - Kyah finds that she gets less of a release if she holds the coffee enema too long - 15 minutes is more than enough. Both Ashley & Kyah think 12 to 15 minutes is the sweet spot

33:27 - You could probably hold 4 liters in your colon for a colonic. A coffee enema is about 3 cups and is much more comfortable than a colonic.

34:59 - Some people with Gerson Therapy may need to do an enema 4 times a day

36:07 - Kyah has three children and she was told that she probably couldn’t have any

37:39 - Kyah has had three of the most beautiful pregnancies which she attributes to the detoxification before pregnancy using coffee enemas and water enemas during pregnancy

39:40 - For ulcerative colitis she recommends the soothing turmeric blend. PubMed studies recommend turmeric enemas for Crohn’s and Colitis.

43:37 - It’s really important that you’re using the correct coffee. About 53% of coffee contains mold.

47:25 - Kyah recommends 2 tablespoons of coffee and the plungers a.k.a. French presses are 1000 mL - steep for about 10 minutes before pressing the plunger down and then let it cool for an hour or so.

49:35 - Kyah uses RO water, Ashley uses distilled water for coffee enemas

54:10 - Bum Co tries to make the bags and kits easy and fun to travel with

58:21 - Bum Co has five blends, Sooth is an anti-inflammatory turmeric blend, Calm for stress relief.

1:03:02- Diatomaceous earth is a binder to help with parasite removal - acts like a gentle gut scrub

1:07:00 - They have warehouses in the US or you can order online. They have a private FB GROUP that you can join after you’ve ordered your kit.
