In the latest Congressional UAP hearing, retired Navy Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet, former AATIP director Lue Elizondo, and journalist Michael Shellenberger testified that secret UAP crash retrieval, reverse engineering, and surveillance programs are being illegally concealed from Congress. Lawmakers were warned not to ask certain questions, AARO engaged in a disinformation effort against a witness, and whistleblowers have been harassed, threatened, and publicly discredited, all in an effort to prevent any attempts at public disclosure.

Hot on the heels of the US election, we’re looking ahead to consider whether the upcoming government changes will impact the push for UFO disclosure, or the November 13 UAP hearing in Congress. We also discuss persistent rumors that the James Webb Space Telescope has detected signs of life, and why it’s probably nothing to get excited about. We’ll be back with an episode soon after the hearing!
Update: Congress announced the list of witnesses for the UAP hearing shortly after we recorded. (That’s what we get for trying to record early!) Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet and former head of AATIP Lue Elizondo will be joined by journalist Michael Shellenberger (who broke the Immaculate Constellation story), and Mike Gold, a former NASA official who spent 13 years working Bigelow Aerospace.

This week we’re covering a selection of UFO-related news. The National Archives extended the deadline for government agencies to turn over their UAP files. Journalists George Knapp and Jeremy Corbell have received credible death threats, and have created dead man’s switches to trigger “catastrophic disclosure” if anything happens to them. The November UAP hearings in both the Senate and the House have been confirmed, and there are claims that the House hearing may center on new whistleblowers related to the Immaculate Constellation story.

Journalist Michael Shellenberger broke the news of a new whistleblower who has provided a report to Congress on an illegally concealed Pentagon program called “Immaculate Constellation.” This is a parent program that is designed to “detect” and “quarantine” UFO data from the rest of the DoD. Could this lead to further disclosures during the upcoming Congressional UAP hearings?

This week we’re covering a grab bag of UFO news that happened while we were talking about Lue Elizondo’s book. We’ve got presidential advisor Harald Malmgren announcing that he was briefed on the UAP reverse engineering program, stories of a massive and incredibly fast USO, a bit of information about the new Director of AARO, upcoming UAP hearings in both the House and the Senate, and the latest status of the UAP Disclosure Act. Buckle up, it’s a very exciting time!

In Lue Elizondo’s book, he dedicates a chapter to a bizarre historical case that informed his UFO threat narrative: In 1977, in Colares, Brazil, UFOs attacked and terrorized thousands of people. The attacks were investigated, witnessed, and documented by the Brazilian Air Force. The resulting report, including photos of videos of UFOs, was covered up, until it leaked in the 90s, culminating with the death of a whistleblower.

Ever since Lue Elizondo emerged as a whistleblower in the New York Times in 2017, the Pentagon has constantly changed their story about him. First they acknowledged he ran the UFO program, then they said it wasn’t a UFO program and Lue wasn’t involved. Lue claims it’s retaliation for going public, and filed an Inspector General complaint. Let’s get to the bottom of what Lue did in AAWSAP/AATIP, how he became the director of a reduced version of AATIP, and how he came to leave the Pentagon in protest.

Lue Elizondo’s new book: Imminent: Inside the Pentagon's Hunt for UFOs is finally out, and it’s jam-packed with fascinating information. Broadly speaking, Lue confirms David Grusch’s allegations about an illegally hidden UAP crash retrieval and reverse engineering program, but he also gets into the back story about how AATIP split from AAWSAP under his direction, how he left the Pentagon for TTSA, and how he and Chris Mellon have worked with Congress to advance disclosure. He also discusses his experience training as a remote viewer for Project Stargate, encountering orbs in his own home, how UFOs work, and even alien implants!

Matthew Pines, the Director of Intelligence at SentinelOne, spoke recently about the UAP Disclosure Act being resubmitted for the NDAA, and the “major things” that are coming this summer to support it, including Lue Elizondo’s book, two documentaries with new people backing David Grusch’s claims, and “someone everyone would recognize.”

Back in 1995 the CIA declassified a 20-year long secret spy program that used psychics! What was this program? Why was it declassified? Did it work? Why are we talking about this on a UFO podcast? We’ll dive into the answers to all those questions in this exciting episode!

Today we’re talking about the latest high-profile figure to call for public disclosure of contact with a non-human intelligence, retired US Navy Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet. After serving as administrator of NOAA, he’s now on the boards of the SOL Foundation and Americans for Safe Aerospace, and is publicly advocating for further investigation into USO and increased undersea exploration.

This week we’re checking in with Congress. Understandably, it seems the UAP issue is taking a back seat in the run up to the election, but we’ve still got a bit of movement on two fronts. First, there are several UAP amendments being considered for the 2025 NDAA, including improved whistleblower protections and possibly reintroducing the full UAP disclosure act. We’ll also look into when and if we might get an additional public UAP hearing from the Senate or perhaps the House Oversight Committee.

Did you know that two different presidents have reported UFO sightings? Or that one president campaigned with a promise to open the UFO files? Find out which president is rumored to have attended a meeting with extraterrestrials at an air force base, and which president is reportedly afraid that he’ll be killed if he speaks publicly about UAP.

We open up by sharing a story from two players on the Las Vegas Raiders who say the entire team witnessed a UFO that did not appear on radar while flying home from a game. Then we talk about Lue Elizondo revealing that he and other whistleblowers have received threats, and declares that he is not suicidal. Finally, we get into a juicy bit of drama where Brandon Fugal, the owner of Skinwalker Ranch, claims that Sean Kirkpatrick was in a briefing he delivered to Congress in 2018, and that Kirkpatrick asserted the truth of the UFO phenomenon. Kirkpatrick denied this, but Fugal produced a photo proving Kirkpatrick was there, which raises the question… What else is Kirkpatrick lying about?

The SALT conference invited Karl Nell to speak to an audience of high-powered investors about non-human intelligence on Earth, which Nell said he has “zero doubt” is happening. He also discussed what disclosure might look like, why the government might be reluctant to disclose, and why they should do it anyway, as well as explaining why “catastrophic disclosure” could lead to societal collapse!

A bit of a wild ride in this episode, all kicked off by Chris Mellon sharing a Signal conversation with an unnamed senior government official who claimed to be getting access to the crash retrieval program, including a “recovered UAP that landed in Kingman, AZ in the 50s.” The Kingman crash is a legendary and controversial story, so we’re getting into it today by discussing three witnesses of varying credibility, including a engineer who was bussed out to the crash site to estimate the crash velocity, a mechanical engineer who claims to have worked on flight simulators for human reproductions of the craft recovered from Kingman, and a microbiologist who claims to have worked with an alien survivor of the crash! Not all of it is believable, but if you accept the premise that a nonhuman craft crashed in Kingman in 1953, it’s hard to know where to draw a line in the mess of contradictory claims around the crash. Buckle up, we’re getting weird!

It’s been a busy week! John Oliver dedicated an episode of Last Week Tonight to UFOs and government coverups. Chris Mellon released a scathing review of AARO’s historical UAP report. And a FOIA request documented AARO’s attempts to get David Grusch to testify, their failures to address his security concerns, and includes Kirkpatrick’s private Signal messages, where he badgers Mellon and is surprised by Marco Rubio’s claims about whistleblowers.

All of David Grusch’s whistleblower claims were shocking, but none more than that the first UFO crash retrieval was in Magenta, Italy in 1933, and that Pope Pius XXII told the Americans about it at the end of the fascist regime. We’re looking into leaked documents that support this claim, and dive a little deeper into what both David Grusch and Lue Elizondo say about this case that predates Roswell by almost 15 years!

In this episode we cover a pile of recent UFO news. Ross Coulthart says Congress smells bullshit from the AARO historical report. Rep. Burlison and the UAP Caucus formally requested a UAP select committee. The Joint Chiefs released their new UAP reporting guidelines, which seems to contradict AARO’s finding that there’s no evidence of nonhuman craft. Oh, and multiple Navy ships and Air Force bases have been swarmed by mysterious drones. It’s a very exciting time!

After over a year of work, AARO has released the first volume of their report on the US government’s historical UAP investigations, and surprise, they found there is no evidence of extraterrestrial activity or of a reverse-engineering program. However, it’s worth putting this report in context of the previous 80 years of the US government saying publicly that there’s nothing to the UFO phenomenon, while taking it very seriously behind closed doors. In addition to that, the report is full of errors, bad citations, and the ODNI won’t endorse it. So it’s fair to ask: Is this report part of a coverup?
