This is the first time I'm leaving the country since a 2 month solo trip in Europe in 2022 designed so that by the time I came home, I had the proper olive oil for my brand.
My goals are different this time around and want to bring you along the journey of finding the best foods in the world.

Salvatore Cutrera runs the show, but his son Giovanni, who grew up working the mill and the farm, was the right person to interview. Great English, great personality.
Last year I started an Olive Oil Brand and after visiting 40 different olive oil mills throughout California, Spain, Italy, Israel, and Greece, I decided to use Frantoi Cutrera's Olive Oil.
