I made a visual model of the ICF Core Coaching Competencies as part of a house. The foundation - the pillars - and the roof are analogies of the foundation, the process, and the results. They are there to support the processes (three competencies on co-creating the relationships and two competencies on communicating effectively) that will produce the expected results: learning and growth.
