Mrityor Manritan Gamaya
“Asato Ma Sat Gamaya” is a mantra from the Upanishads, it is a mantra that comes from the Brihadaranyaka Upanishad, 1.3.28, it is a mantra that also belongs to the Shanti Mantras, i.e. to the peace mantras, and it is also a prayer where we ask to be able to experience the highest.
“Asato Ma Sat Gamaya” means: ”Lead me and lead us from Asat, from untruth, to Sat, to truth.” Ma means “me”. “Guide me, Ma, from unreality to reality.”
Gamaya can be translated as “lead me to”, but you can also say “let me go there” or “let us go there”, “let us go from the unreal to the real”. “Tamaso Ma Jyotir Gamaya. May I go and may I be guided, may you guide me, from Tamas, from darkness, to Jyoti, to light.” “Mrityor Mamritam Gamaya. And may I also go forth and may I be guided, may you lead me from mrityo, from death, to amrita, to immortality, to the nectar of immortality.”

Gopali Devi Dasi sings the mantra Om Sarva Mangala Mangalye in a Saturday evening satsang at Yoga Vidya in Bad Meinberg. Listen to Om Sarva Mangala Mangalye with Gopali Devi Dasi, formerly Gauri.
Om Sarva Mangala Mangalye is the most famous Narayani Shloka. Om Sarva Mangala Mangalye is a mantra of benevolence: the Divine Mother, who is in all beings, is asked to bring about good for all.
“Sarva Mangala Mangalye” actually belongs to the Devi Mahatmyam, it is a mantra from the eleventh chapter of the Devi Mahatmyam, tenth verse. This eleventh chapter is also called the Narayani Stotra because there are many mantras that end with ‘Narayani Namostute’. And one of them and the best known is this “Sarva Mangala Mangalye”.
Mangala means blessing, happiness, all good fortune. And charana also means wish. And so this is a blessing mantra, it is an intercession mantra, it is a mantra of good will.

Sadbhuja Dasa sings the Maha Mantra during a Saturday evening Satsang at Yoga Vidya in Bad Meinberg.
Sadbhuja Dasa has been living in the Bhakti tradition for 24 years, has spent 15 years as a monk in the holy places of India and has spent a lot of time with sadhus. His kirtans and stories touch you deeply in your heart and you get a feeling for the depth of Vedic culture.
This mantra has sixteen different words, which is why it is also known as the Sixteen Mantra. It is also the mantra that addresses Hari, Rama and Krishna. Hari is of course Vishnu, Hari means “yellow”, Hari is a synonym for “radiant”, “the one who attracts the hearts of all”. Rama is “the one who is full of joy”, Krishna is “the black one”, “the dark one” and therefore “the mysterious one”. And so “Hare Rama Hare Krishna” is the aspect that connects all three Vishnu aspects, Rama, Krishna and Hari:
Hare Rama Hare Rama
Rama Rama Hare Hare /
Hare Krishna Hare Krishna
Krishna Krishna Hare Hare //You can share the audio with others to spread love and harmony.🌍💞

Listen to the Jaya Mata Kali with the group Mudita. Here is the full text in simplified transcription:
Jay(a) Mata Kali,
Jay(a) Mata Durge
Kali Durge Namo Namaha
“Jaya Mata Kali” belongs to the particularly enthusiastic, particularly ecstatic and joyful kirtans. Like so many kirtans of the divine mother, it is a kirtan that is rousing, that opens the heart. Here the divine mother is called upon to triumph. Jaya means “victory to”, means “reverence to”, Jaya also means “long live”, Jaya also means “triumph to”. Of course, the divine mother is everywhere, she is life everywhere, that's how you can interpret it. “Jaya, obeisance to the life that is everywhere. And may I feel this divine mother.”

Vallabha sings the Kailash Ki Shakti Kirtan during a Saturday evening satsang at Yoga Vidya in Bad Meinberg. Listen to the Kailash Ki Shakti Kirtan sung by Vallabha and sing along, here are the lyrics:
Kailash Ki Shakti Shiva
Shankara Ki Jaya Jaya
Yamuna Ki Jaya Jaya,
Ganga Ki Jaya Jaya
Om Namah Shivaya,
Shivaya Namaha
“Kailash Ki Shakti”, that is, Shakti is the divine mother. And Shiva is worshipped and Shiva manifests himself as Shakti, divine mother, and he manifests himself above all in Mount Kailash. And so Kailash is also an epithet of Shiva. Shiva is the goodness, the love of Shakti, he is Shankara, he is the benefactor.
And “Jaya Jaya - reverence again and again”. Ki is the genetic noun that can be attached to a Hindi word. So this song is also a Hindi song, which is a mixture between Sanskrit and modern Hindi.
