Este podcast nace a raíz de la información me hubiera gustado tener a mi alcance al empezar a hacer ejercicio de cero. En el 2015 tuve una operación de columna por escoliosis. Me tocó re-aprender sobre lo que significaba hacer ejercicio, aprender a no sentirme estancada por nunca alcanzar ese estilo de vida saludable idílico.
