For a number of years, April Hutchinson was considered a functioning alcoholic. In 2019, when she left the rehab, she started focusing on powerlifting. She channeled all her energy to be the best she could be on that sport, and in 2022 she became Gold Medal at the Canada Nationals. She continued to collect medals by winning the North America Championship and placing fourth at the Worlds. Dave Kennedy is an entrepreneur who always struggled with his weight, and despite many attempts to lose weight he was never able to maintain the weight loss for too long. All that changed once he switched his approach and adopted a better lifestyle prioritizing his nutrition and exercise.
