This episode features Rebecca Yeung, Corporate VP, Operations, Science and Advanced Technology, FedEx and Dress for Success Global Ambassador Kesha Kent.
They discuss RESILENCE, how overcoming challenges gave them strength, family and childhood legacy and the impact of collective resilience.
âMy family really taught me what resilience meant... by saying no to the statistics and saying no to the odds and saying yes to what we want in life.â
âKesha Kent
âA definition of resilience is you never give up when faced with adversity. If you look at me, growing up in China in the (19)70âs without running water or electricity... eventually I found my way and today I am proud of my journey, proud of my family... I think resilience comes with a positive mind setâ
