In this episode I share what in my life has changed as a result of working on my relationship with food, what surprised me the most, and what I was SURE wouldn't happen, but did.
For so long, I tracked, planned, obsessed...telling myself it was just âdisciplineâ "commitment"... and I was praised for it.
But no matter how 'good' I looked, it was never enough.
In this episode, Iâm sharing what changed when I actually started working on my relationship with food... how I went from structuring my entire life around food and weight to actually living.
