Bill Hudenko, Ph.D. has significant experience in the fields of both mental health and technology. Dr. Hudenko is a licensed psychologist, a researcher, and a professor who holds a joint appointment as a faculty member at Dartmouth's Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences and Dartmouthâs Geisel School of Medicine. His research focuses on the use of technology to improve mental health delivery and patient outcomes.
Dr. Hudenko is currently the founder and CEO Trusst Health Inc., a startup company devoted to providing high quality, affordable remote psychotherapy via messaging.
Dr. Hudenko is the former CEO of Voi Inc. and Incente, LLC. Prior to his work at Dartmouth, Dr. Hudenko was a professor at both Ithaca College and Cornell University. Dr. Hudenko has broad expertise in clinical psychology with an emphasis in child psychopathology and family systems.

RC018 Shifting Recruitment and Enrolment to the Virtual Space with Peter Curran
Peter Curran, Associate Head of School, and Dean of Admission at Blair Academy. He joined the faculty at Blair in 2011 following four years as the Dean of Students at Fountain Valley School in Colorado Springs.
He completed his undergraduate work in History and French at Bowdoin College in 2001, and earned his M.Ed in Higher Education Administration at Harvard Universities graduate School of Education in 2005.
During his time at Blair, Peter also served as, Dean of Students, Dean of Admission, English Teacher, and Assistant head of School for Enrolment and Communications.

David Silcock has had a long career working in school leadership positions in New South Wales, Australia. In 2004 he was appointed as Principal at Alstonville High School. Prior to that he was Principal at Bourke High School in Western New South Wales.

Janeen Silcock is the Principal of Ballina Coast High School in Ballina, New South Wales, Australia.
Janeen began her teaching career 39 years ago, initially training as a primary teacher. Her career evolved with her passion for literature and performance, and she spent many years as english drama teacher in secondary schools, before moving into school leadership.
In 2015, Janeen took the opportunity to re-design pedagogy in a new building, Ballina Coast High School.
Janeen is currently doing her doctoral thesis on this leadership journey.

RC015 Improving Leadership, Teaching and Learning in Our Schools with Generative Dialogue with Dr. David Townsend
David was born in Sydney Australia in 1942. After graduating teachers college he taught for 6 years in New South Wales during the 1960's.
David moved to Alberta, Canada in 1967 where he worked as a classroom teacher before becoming Vice Principal and then Principal of Hays School. Later, David was appointment Principal of Central School in Taber. He then served as a visiting professor at the University of Lethbridge, and the Assistant Superintendent of schools in the county of Lethbridge.
David has served as an educational researcher in Lethbridge's School District 51, and an educational consultant with the government of Alberta.
He became a permanent member of the faculty of education at the university of Lethbridge in 1985, and retired in 2014.
Currently, he is engaged in leadership growth initiatives in Alberta, British Columbia, and New South Wales, Australia
Dr. David Townsend joins us this week to discuss generative dialogue. We talk about the skills that are necessary, how to become more competent and confident, and how generative dialogue can be used as a tool to build trust and respect.

Dr. Spencer Fowler is a former professional athlete, firefighter and an educational leader who presently serves as CEO and Superintendent of The Affiliated High School of Peking University's Dalton Academy.

Dr. Jill Alexa Perry is the Executive Director at Carnegie Project on the Education Doctorate (CPED). She is a Professor of the Practice, Administrative and Policy Studies, University of Pittsburg.
Her research focuses on professional doctorate preparation and education, organizational change in higher education and faculty leadership roles. Dr. Perry's publications have appeared in Planning and Changing Journal, Journal of School Public Relations, Innovation in higher Education as well as several books and practitioner journals.
Dr. Perry is a graduate of the University of Maryland where she received her Ph.D in International Education Policy. She holds an MA in Higher Education Administration and an BA in Spanish and International Studies from Boston College.
She has over twenty years of experience in leadership and program development in education and teaching experience at the elementary, secondary, undergraduate, and graduate levels in the US and abroad. She is Fulbright Scholar and return Peace Corps volunteer.

Brooklyn Raney is the Founder and Director of the Girls Leadership Camp as well as the Founder of Generation Change, a nonprofit organization that seeks to embolden youth to become empathetic and compassionate change-makers through cross-generational mentorship. She has spent the last decade working in independent schools as a teacher, coach, and administrator. Additionally, she is the author of One Trusted Adult: How to Build Strong Connections and Healthy Boundaries with Young People, a collection of real stories, ideas, and practical strategies to empower all adults with the skills for building trust, establishing boundaries, and creating a positive culture for todayâs youth. During her free time, Brooklyn enjoys hiking, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing.

RC009 Student Leadership Matters: Student Leadership is Much More Than Organizing School Dances
Jeremy LaCasse is the Assistant Headmaster at Taft Boarding School. He is also the Director of the Association of Boarding Schools New Teacher Academy and the Dean of the Leadership Lab at the Gardner Carney Leadership Institute at Fountain Valley School. With an extensive background in the boarding school environment, Jeremy has served in many executive leadership roles throughout his career in education. He has also served as an educator, teaching a variety of history classes including World Cultures and Social Theory and Global Impact as well as European, U.S., and Ancient and Medieval History. Jeremy earned his Bachelorâs degree in History with a minor in Economics from Bowdoin College and his Masterâs in Educational Administration from Klingstein Center at Columbia Universityâs Teachers College.

Dr. Scott Lowrey is an Assistant Professor with limited duties at Western University in London, Ontario, Canada. He is a former elementary school principal and in 2005, he received Canadaâs Outstanding Principals recognition. He is the co-editor of The Principal Reader: Narratives of Experience and The Leader Reader: Narratives of Experience International Collection. Dr. Scott obtained his doctorate in Educational Administration from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto and his Bachelor of Education from Western University.
