This episode was actually recorded in Fall of 2022. It was originally titled "My Biggest Takeaway from Getting Covid," and by the time it was edited and ready to launch the topic felt moot and irrelevant to the current state of the world.
Recently, I heard an intuitive nudge that said, "Your listeners need to hear this one."
In this podcast, I openly share my experiences, challenges, and the lessons I glean from them.
One of the learning experiences for me was the time when my daughters and I got COVID. It was challenging, not only physically, but mentally too. Lean in as I tell you more about how COVID affected my mindset, my biggest takeaway, and my top 3 mindset tools in my self-growth toolbox.
I'm confident that you'll find value in this resurrected episode
In this episode, I chat about:How did my daughters and I get COVID
What were our covid symptoms
The toll covid took on my mindset
My top 3 go-to tools in my self-growth and personal transformation toolbox
How do I use journaling to support me when imposter syndrome comes up

Aloha friends, I'm back with another Mindset Minute episode! Get ready because I shared some tough love in today's episode. #straightothepoint
Do you ever find yourself saying one thing, but doing another? Like when someone claims to value their health and fitness, but then makes excuses to skip the gym, go out with friends, order junk food, and have way too many drinks. It's easy to fall into that trap, but it's not the path to success.
In this podcast episode, I share with you tips on how to make decisions that truly align with your goals and values. I also discuss how to avoid distractions that get in the way of your priorities, why achieving your goals will require sacrifices, the importance of being willing to make those sacrifices, and more. Let’s get crystal clear on your priorities!
In this episode, I chat about:Why do you need to get crystal clear on your priorities
How to make decisions that align with your goals
How to avoid distractions
Why you must be willing to make sacrifices

I attended a women’s conference a couple of weeks ago and the keynote speaker dropped a mind bomb on me that I’ve been dying to share with you!
If you are thirsty for knowledge as I am (hands up if you have nine unread books on a bookshelf, but that doesn’t stop you from buying another one), you absorb a lot of information in your daily life, almost like a sponge.
But our brains are not built to hold onto all that knowledge. We need to 'squeeze out' some of the information, so we can unload the brain and create space for new information. And that’s exactly what I help you to do in today’s podcast episode!
Join me as I share with you golden wisdom nuggets from the conference, why it's so important to share your knowledge further, the different ways how you can do it, and more!
In this episode, I chat about:What is DISC behavioral assessment
How do you know if you’re feeling unfulfilled or just too filled
Why is it important to share information and knowledge you accumulate in your daily life
My today’s challenge for you
How to get information out of your head and pass it along
Advice for all my overthinkers out there

Have you ever wondered why some entrepreneurs take bigger risks than others? How come some entrepreneurs recover much faster from failures than the rest of us? How do they do it? I have two words for you. Safety and security. When I hear someone saying: “There is absolutely no place for safety and security in the business.”, I can’t help but roll my eyes.
We need to feel safe and secure in our life and business too. Our brains are literally wired to keep us safe. That's why it's hard for us to do things outside of our comfort zone. We want to feel safe and secure in everything we do. Even if we fail, we want to know that it's okay and we're going to be alright. Join me in today’s podcast episode as I talk more about what role safety and security plays in your business, where to find that feeling of safety and security, especially if this wasn’t provided for you in your childhood, and much more!
In this episode, I chat about:How are safety and security ingrained in us
Why do some entrepreneurs take bigger risks than others

In life, we adopt different ideas, habits, behavior patterns, and even identities that serve us, especially during difficult times. And then the tough times pass, or we simply outgrow that time period, but we hang onto the same ideas, habits, and identities, even when they no longer serve us. They become a part of who we are, so it’s hard to let go of them. They supported us at the difficult moments, they helped us cope, and now when it’s time to move on and grow, we struggle to make the next step.
In today’s podcast episode, I share a simple story to illustrate what happens when you refuse to let go of things and how you can start reflecting on what holds you back in 2023.
