When was the last time you focused on what you like about yourself? We spend so much time focusing on what is wrong with us, we forget to focus on what is "Right with us," as Kelly Marie Conrad says, in the interview with Jared Mello that inspired this this discussion and self hypnosis session. With our favorite tool, hypnotherapy, we can re-frame our thinking, we can shift away from focusing on everything we want to "fix" about ourselves, and start to focus on what we like about ourselves, create a better sense of self love and ultimately, allowing those parts of us that are "right" to grow stronger.

Sheila began her career as a lawyer and mediator before transitioning into helping others find and nurture love. Sheila Maloney is an expert on building lasting relationships of all kinds. She is a well-versed speaker and retreat facilitator speaking about and leading experiential workshops on how to form and strengthen authentic connections.
Sheila dated extensively for 15 years before learning how to intentionally call in her own life partner. Sheila’s gifts are emotional intelligence coupled with practical problem-solving skills. She actively listens, and meets people where they’re at, while guiding them toward a happy future. Sheila believes in the power of intention and making mindful connections. Her coaching clients describe her as “present” and “emotionally courageous.”
She helps women and heart-centered men build authentic relationships with an open heart, while ensuring they are not wasting time with the wrong people, or repeating patterns that have not served them. As a Brazilian-American professional who services Chicago’s global population, Sheila is particularly skilled at helping to navigate cultural differences.
Sheila collaborates with other relationship professionals in the United States and abroad through membership in the Global Love Institute and Matchmaker’s Alliance. Sheila is a graduate of Northwestern University, Pritzker School of Law, where she later taught and served as the Assistant Director of the Center for Dispute Resolution from 2004-2012. Sheila and her family took a Family Gap Year in 2018 to reconnect with each other, her Brazilian culture, the natural beauty and splendor of Brazil, and her relationship with God.
