This is a common complaint as we age and it seems as though aching more and dealing with pain is just something we have to deal with later in life. Regular exercise has many benefits to your overall health but sometimes we aren't always able to keep a regular schedule with working out. Getting sick, injured, life emergencies or even holidays can all keep us from staying consistent with exercising on a regular schedule. The important thing to know is that it is OK to take breaks or step away for a bit if you need to.
