My family lived on our farm for six generations, then a hedge fund bought it and we had 9 years of preparing to leave. This episode is about how I dealt with (and am still dealing with) being slowly ripped from the place I called home and felt so deeply connected to. Navigating the loss, surrendering to the grief, the transformational gifts that came from it, finding some contentment and the positive future it is helping shape.
Grief can feel overwhelming, but it also has a way of teaching us, shifting our perspectives, and even helping us find beauty in the midst of loss. In this episode, I open up about my own experiences and share how we can hold space for grief while still making room for hope and healing.
What you'll hear:
💬 Honest reflections on navigating grief with grace.
🌿 Finding meaning and growth through loss.
💕 How to support yourself (and others) through difficult times.
If you've ever felt like grief is too much to carry alone, this episode is for you. Let’s walk this path together.
I’d love to hear your thoughts, so don’t hesitate to reach out. 💬
Lots of love,
Rachel
