Every ambitious person especially the ones who dream big, hustle hard, and refuse to settle need something stronger than motivation. They need direction. Thatâs s where your North Star comes in. Itâs not just a metaphor; itâs your personal GPS, guiding you towards the life you were meant to live. But hereâs the real question: Do you even know what yours is?
And speaking of changes, talking about something we all care about: looking and feeling amazing for as long as humanly possible. The people who age the slowest, the ones who glow no matter what decade theyâre re in, donât have magic genes. They have habits and you can adopt them as well.
This episode is for the people who want more clarity, more energy, more longevity, and a life that actually feels as good as it looks. If thatâs you, press play. Itâs time to level up.

Did you see the article on People were Twitchâs widow Alison airs his dirty secrets? OMG we are talking about this on todayâs show.
Do YOU build up your people or do you break them down?
How do you move? When youâre angry or hurt do you flip to protect your self? Are you willing to throw the people you love under the bus if it makes you feel better? HOW DO YOU FEEL BOUT THAT LONG TERM?
Building up your people looks like: Actively supporting, encouraging and praising your folks. Making them feel valued and confident in themselves through your words and actions. Itâs about fostering positive relationships by highlighting their strength and uplifting support.
In life and in death you should remain 10 toes down! Loyalty is the name of the game.

Today our boy JP Peña joins us on the podcast to share his story. Itâs always so refreshing to hear the manâs perspective. The vulnerability. The work he has done. The healing process after the chaos. The moment he attempted to take himself out, but God said NOT today! We love JP and his honesty. A true story teller. Make sure you follow him on IG: @thejppena for more inspiration and for any real estate need you may have. Itâs a breath of fresh air to meet men that are doing the work on themselves.

We see a lot of conversations on the internet where people talk about the importance of being humble. They say being humble will take you places, BUT, they forget to tell you that being too humble wonât take you anywhere.
There is a thin line between being humble and being too humble. The difference is big. One can take you to great heights, meanwhile the other can prevent others from knowing about you.
In the current world we live in, we should be the marketers of our own talent. People are often busy with their own lives. They wonât be able to see your potential unless you show them what youâve got.
Weâre not telling you to be arrogant or be a show-off. There is a thin line between telling âI can do itâ and âI am the only person who can do it.â Always go for the first option.
Letâs get into the conversation and take a look at what happens when youâre being too humble.

Today our girl Melissa Dumaz stop by the show to talk about her book, The Love Challenge.
Are you ready to restore, reignite, and/or replenish the love in your relationship?
After weâve been in a relationship for a while, the initial passion cools, and we wonder if we should just settle in for a less exciting love life. But what if there was an easy, fun way to heat your relationship back up?
The Love Challenge is a daily challenge that will help you increase, enhance, nurture, grow, and improve the love in your life between you and your significant other. All you need is a willing heart, a desire for more fun, and 30 days.
This challenge is set-up to be done by you, it does not require that your significant other do it with you, but of course the two of you can do the challenge together.

Accountability is a game changer! Itâs super humbling yes⊠BUT it removes the shame from your choices and circumstances.
Accountability is the ability to take responsibility for one's actions, decisions, and behaviors, and to accept the consequences
But why is accountability so hard?
It's largely because we aren't very good at admitting when we've made mistakes. It sucks!
In fact, scientifically, our brains will naturally do whatever they can to justify our actions so that we feel better about our decisions.
The LACK of accountability is when we fail to accept our own shortcomings and mistakes. Is that YOU?_________________________________________________________

Yes, almost everyone judges others at some point. Judging is a natural part of human behavior and instinct that's difficult to suppress. Here are some reasons why:
âą It's easy: Judging is simple and doesn't require much thought or reasoning.
âą It's automatic: Our brains are wired to make automatic judgments about others' behaviors.
âą It's evolutionary: Early humans needed to quickly assess threats and opportunities in their environment.
âą It's based on scripts: We make judgments based on pre-programmed mindsets or scripts.
What are some things you judge squad? Drop it in the comments.

What is happiness? Everyone has their own definition of happiness. And truthfully happiness looks different for everyone. Happiness looks different for people especially at different ages. We are the ones that decide what happiness is for our own individual self. What makes you happy, may not make me happy and guess what thatâs OK. Is society so programmed to believe that only certain things will bring you happiness? You choose and you decide what happiness looks like for you. Letâs celebrate other peopleâs happiness, itâs doesnât have to look like our happiness. We are all on unique paths, rock your happiness and be happy for others as well.

Owning who you are is the idea of accepting yourself completely, including your strengths and weaknesses, and living life without regrets or apology. It can also mean understanding and embracing your core identity. Own your decisions, and own who you are, but without apology.
So many times we doubt our decisions. We look at what others are doing and think if we should be changing our style and point of view to fit the larger market. And the answer is not a resounding NO but a be open to the new, take in what resonates but always hold on to your true self. If you are not speaking your truth, whose are you speaking?

The delicate balance between privacy and vulnerability is a REAL thing. And with social media it makes it easy for people to put all their business out there. There are definitely 2 types of people, people that honor privacy and people that are a bit more vulnerable. Which one are you? How do you move? What do you find more important l, vulnerability or privacy or do u practice the balance of both to the best of your ability? The more you put out there the more people can have an opinion about you, your life, and your decisions. So be wise with the way you move!

Blame it on the internet, or blame it on the misogynistic culture we live in, one things for sure⊠we canât escape the sexualization of just about everything these days it seems. Is it that the access to sex has become easier over the years? Maybe itâs the instinctive fear and panic that we feel when we think about our children (or any children) getting hurt by a predator? Or maybe itâs our own past traumas and experiences mixed with the saturation of sexual content that makes us just shut down when it comes to actually educating ourselves and our kids about sex? Weâre not sure what the exact culprit is, but we do know that a good place to start is by opening dialogue about the things that make us uncomfortable or scared.
