We're throwing Aidan into the hot seat to "Pick His Brain".
Dig in and enjoy as we throw him in the furnace and take him off his pedestal.
Thank you to Aidan for an awesome season.

Leadership is a human experience not granted to everyone - especially in the business world.
But the leaders who can understand human behaviour and motivation on a deep level are the ones we all love to work for the most.
In the final episode, Aidan shares his perspective on leadership and what it means to lead other people through your business as a means for helping them become a better human being.
-
Usually an idea for a business is what hits us first, which is a moment many of us have fond memories of.
But very quickly, we realise for that idea to come to life we need to learn to market and sell. Only then, can we get back into focusing on the core operations of our business.
This is when the human experience of running a business can get super confusing. Aidan navigates us through the trenches of this stage of business growth and helps us align our great ideas with an approach to sales and marketing that genuinely works.
-
Episode 2 with Aidan starts to peel back the layer of the entrepreneurial journey and the strategies that can lead to predictable growth along the way.
Aidan shares the internal experience of getting his business off the ground and normalises what it's like to 'suck at the start of something' after running his first event (... that sucked).
And ultimately we learn that being OK with being at the start of something is key to long-term business growth.
-
Aidan Parsons is the founder and director of Keystone Executive Coaching based in Brisbane Australia.
Through the thousands of coaches and consultants I've met, Aidan has generated more success than 99.97% of them. But what's so attractive about Aidan is his ability to be stable throughout the journey of his success.
He's a family man, business man, health and fitness man and manages to balance it all to a level that makes it obvious he's got huge value to share.
Enjoy Episode 1 as we hear the origin story of the strong and stable human we know today before getting in the trenches of business and entrepreneurship in the episodes that follow.

It's time to pick Joe Pane's Brain!
Let's get to know the truth about the real Joe Pane - nicknames, favourite movies and all.
-
In Episode 4, Joe helps us understand that we're all on a journey from ambition to meaning.
But that journey isn't linear - and we'll be sitting at all different spots on the growth journey in various different parts of our lives.
It was nothing short of a pleasure to have Joe on Sounds Human, no doubt he'll be back on for a future season.
Head to https://www.joepane.com.au/ to check out more of Joe's work and purchase a copy of Courage to be You while you're there.
-
Let's grapple to put our minds back together as Joe blew them apart in the last hour.
Here we explore values as something to be discovered (that already exist within us), and their acting as a compass to keep us on the most resourceful track in life.
Joe explains that our values are actually to be 'discovered', not chosen - and there's a big difference to understand between the two.
-
In Episode 2, we define 'identity' and how it shapes the way we see ourselves.
'Identity' sits at the core of both individual and interpersonal psychology, so making it the first concept to explore in the world of emotional fitness is key.
We get to understand the 4 phases of identity development, largely inspired by the work of Carl Jung, which is further explored in Joe's book 'The Courage to Be You'.
-
Welcome to Joe Pane's season of Sounds Human.
Joe is as dedicated to the field of human behaviour and human growth as anyone you'll listen to.
Joe is the ultimate guest for the Sounds Human community - the depth of his understanding of the human condition and his ability to teach that to his students is second to none.
In episode 1, we get to hear about what drew Joe to the world of psychology and how the concept of 'emotional fitness' emerged in his world.

No one is safe in the 'Pick Your Brain' session of Sounds Human. Let's get to know the truth about the real Nat Hodges - nicknames, favourite movies and all.
-
In the final episode of the series, Nat shares with us the Outlier experience as it exists in the modern western world. We get to understand how the Outlier fits into the major transition we're experiencing as a human race.
We also explore the Outlier personality type as it relates to generalised personal development in the modern world.
-
"Understanding the Outlier type is complex, the solutions are easy".
In episode 3, Nat shares with us the solutions moving forward for the Outlier and how they start to make the best use of their personality type, rather than allow it to be destructive.
Nat also speaks to the experience of being an Outlier in a relationship how to do this well (particularly when authenticity can be difficult for an Outlier).
-
Following on from the greatest cliffhanger in Sounds Human history, episode 2 delves further into the Outlier personality type as we explore 'what they want'.
Nat explains the Outlier's desire for success in order to balance the image they have of themselves, and how the fear of loss drives their behaviour.
Nat also shares more of his own Outlier story and experience.
-
Welcome to Nathaniel Hodges' season of Sounds Human.
Nat works directly with the personality type he refers to as 'Outliers' - those people who don't necessarily fit into the general mould of society. They have unique skillets, perspectives and abilities that often lead to a high level of success, but that can have damaging effects on related areas in their life.
In episode 1, we hear an introduction of the Outlier type, as well as Nat's story of how he started working with these genius-like people and how his own journey aligns to the Outlier experience.
